We requested a bid through Yelp for tree removal. Alvarado Tree Services responded quickly and came out at our convenience to check out our situation. They were on time for the appraisal and gave a very fair bid to remove a very large oak that was rotting up the middle. We added a pine, a Bradford pair and a sumac that all needed to be removed. The Alvarado team came out the next day, again on time, and completed the job. We elected to keep all of the wood and they neatly stacked all the logs where we asked and cut up the smaller branches and placed them in a burn pile. They worked hard the entire time to remove 4 very tall skinny trees in our backyard. Out of the 4 quotes I obtained, they were by far the most reasonable. Contacted me soon after I made my post. Came over that evening for a free estimate. Good pricing. Cash or check, which was fine. He would have cut the tree that evening, but I was at work. Set a time for the next day and was there promptly. Pruned the tree and hauled away the branches and limbs they cut plus the ones we had cut that we had been able to reach after the storm.
