The AI agents were horrible, kept sending me through the same loop, and ultimately I gave up and left a 3*. I was scheduled for an appointment about a week out, and at the time of the appointment, I called the number and received another virtual assistant (not AI to my knowledge), who told me that the person I had the appointment with was on another call. I left my number and was never contacted, until about 3 weeks later, by email calendar invite, telling me that another appointment had been set up in another week or two. However, Albert did not resubmit my taxes or contact me to solve the problem. In short, I'm stuck with a bunch of late fees and also didn't qualify for some state incentives. I contacted Albert by email, phone and in person. He resubmitted my taxes after 2 years and they were finally accepted. He told me in person that he would send me a form to look into getting my late fees dropped, but I haven't received anything. My biggest disappointment is that he never reached out to help me. I had to email and go in person to try to solve all these issues. No apologies, no how can I help you.
