I was so impressed by this company that I felt compelled to write this. Daniel, the owner and his wife Karen are just gems of people and their project manager Jesse was just as impressive. Most people do not show up on time and communication is not always the best with other companies that I have worked with. Not only were they on time every time they said they were coming over, but Daniel was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. And finally, the quality of the work was amazing and they cleaned up my yard and any debris from the work and then some.My roof looks amazing and I love it! I am so happy that I made the decision to get this repair done now. We're just a few weeks from storm season here in Florida, and the damage around our chimney was extensive. The work extended to actually repairing rotten decking and below that, the actual rafter frames needed to be sistered with new wood to restore it to a secure set of rafters. The men were efficient and workmanlike, breaking only for lunch and one run to the lumberyard to get more wood, and another sheet of steel. Other than that, the Gage had made a good estimate and most of the materials were ready for the work. We are now considering a full roof replacement due to new understanding about the poor quality of the initial roof installation. I recommend A3. I invited them to bid the replacement, although I have not yet heard what the final amount would be.

They offer FINACING, accept all major credit cards, use their own workers and I love the GAF Silver Pledge warranty they offer.

In any event, warranty or not I think the images and the fact that multiple areas of water intrusion are occurring within two years of installation speaks clearly about the craftsmanship provided by this company. Perhaps they sent the "B Team" because they knew the house was on the market when they installed the roof and they would wash their hands of the lack of quality upon sale? Pretty wild. And just for the record, I'm a lifelong Florida resident who is quite aware of the weather the roof has been exposed to. Absolutely no weather-related damage occurred...these were installation defects as pictured. Wind and rain didn't leave a litany of exposed nails. That's craftsmanship, or more accurately lack of craftsmanship that has been compounded by lack of accountability. You're correct though, Nobody wants to work for free. That's why people strive to provide quality the first time and if a mistake or oversight occurs, they make good on their obligation to provide a quality product. Your family owned business is harmed not by 1 star reviews. It is harmed by 2 year old roofs you install springing multiple leaks. And I haven't taken the time to leave this review with the hope you'd make good on your obligation. I'm writing this so families are aware when spending 10's of thousands of dollars that they can reasonably expect two problem free years before multiple areas begin leaking. Maybe they'll even be lucky and the warranty expectation will be honored and they'll get to play whack-a-mole with roof repairs until they give up and pay 10s of thousands of dollars more for a complete reroof. What a headache. If you see a red truck, you may just be outta luck. Read the (up until this point nonexistent) fine print!

No problems at all with them. When I needed some follow up work done-which the previous owners knew was a possibility. It fell on deaf ears. I emailed and talked to Jessi and Brandon. I made it very clear how important this work was needed in order to have my house with a new addition fully insured prior to the peak of the hurricane season. I sent emails 7/14, 7/20, 7/27, 8/1, 8/15 with the only response from the 7/14 email-stating my needs would be addressed. My attempts at any phone calls went unanswered-except the first call, 7/11. Then I left messages about the sense of urgency needed on-7/14 (2), 7/25, 8/1 (3), 8/3, 8/4, 8/8. The message I left on the morning of 8/3 actually received a return call. I thought great this will get taken care or now. Nope. I wasn't empathetic listening to Brandon talk about all of his follow up needed with his new business he purchased. He knew I needed TPO work done as soon as possible. I made that very clear. He said he would get a hold of his TPO team and get back to me. Which never happened. Mind you this is early August with hurricane season fast approaching and work not scheduled to be done yet. After more messages left, I had no choice but to hire a different company. Fortunately I had somebody responsible and organized enough to get me on the schedule and get this issue corrected. Now, Brandon could claim that this TPO roof with a huge wrinkle on it was at fault of myself and my building contractor. Either way whether or not it was follow up for him to do at his cost or follow up to do at my cost he was not interested whatsoever in doing what an equitable company would do and that is to take care of their customers. To top it off, now he claims that I voided my warranty with him because I had no other choice but to hire a company to do follow up work that he was completely unresponsive to doing. So I guess he can just dust his hands off and be clear of this prior customer to his newly acquired company. A little background about myself. When I find a good company I am very loyal. I don't set unrealistic expectations. I expect the basic needs being met when called. I will expect return phone calls. No customer should feel the need to be constantly following up with messages that fell on deaf ears.

No schedule was ever confirmed, no materials were delivered, and no work was performed. Now, after months of silence, they are demanding over $12,000 and threatening litigation -- despite doing nothing to fulfill their contractual obligations. Since reviewing the project more closely, we've also discovered issues in other documents that raise concerns about their practices and professionalism. Unfortunately, it seems we're not alone -- their pattern of poor communication and lack of accountability is reflected in other customer reviews as well.

My wife and I both adjusted our schedules to make sure we would be home at the 3:00 appointment time. The roofers showed up early at 1:00 when no one was home (I saw this on my home alarm system) and they did not come back at 3:00. I called to ask where they were after they didn't show at 3:00 and was told that since the previous job was done early they sent the workers home. But they could reschedule. I was dumbfounded and told her so. She said, " Find someone else" and hung up. Run away!!!!
