Their office doesn't open until 8:00 am yet their company is in our neighborhood at 7:00 a cutting tree iimbs grinding them in a loud noisy machine and using two or more blowers to clean up their mess Everyone in the neighborhood could hear the loud noise and they violated the HOA rues. They are very inconsiderate. I would never recommend them. The men were loud, yelling at each other. People were trying to sleep but they didn't care. Grinding them in a big noisy machine. Using industrial sided machinery to blow debris do the street. Men yelling in instructions to each other. We have restrictions on when outdoor work can begin In our neighborhood. They completely ignored the rules. I can't tell you how angry I was because I went to sleep late at night and didn't plan to be jolted out of my bed at 7:00 am. This went on until 9:00am. Do not use this company. Their attitude and lack of professionalism are the worst. Here are specifics of what happened when they were hired by the owner of the property next to ours to remove large dead branches from trees near our property line. The work was arranged by the neighbor's property management company. 1. They entered our property without permission, including opening our gate and going in our backyard. There was no prior notification that this work would be done. 2. They appeared to make little effort to control the branches and where they fell. 3. A huge dead branch fell on our property and dented our fence. 4. Workers removed the large branch but otherwise left a mess in our yard. 5. The company proceeded to lie and claim there was no damage to our fence when the tree came down. read more

The lady Tracy who worked at the front desk is very unprofessional. First time, she scheduled Tuesday for someone to come to get an estimate, No one ever show up. And she said she could not schedule a specific time and I have to wait for the whole day. So after I waited, I called back again scheduled a new appointment for 3pm Wednesday. Surprising she can schedule a specific appointment at this time. Of course no one never showed up again. No calls either, So I called back again saying I could not wait until 5 pm kid have lots of activities we need to send to. Again no one called to reschedule either. So this morning I called back, of course Tracy answer again, keeps saying "Kevin has it" No apologies, very nasty, talk over customer. saying it is raining so no one can come. I simply just ask her to have someone call me to reschedule. After I got really pissed, she finally tells me she can let Kevin to call me, Then Kevin called me, telling me He never got a ticket to give me an estimate. So Tracy just have been playing games with me. I do not have lots of time to waste on her, be aware if Tracy handles your call. You might get tricked by her. Very rude and nasty. Trees r us were very fast and proffesional! They trimmed down my tree away from the house so it wouldnt be damage if there was a hurricane or any storm to hit. Price was very fair for the job we had asked for. It seemed like they were done within 30 to 45 minutes at most. They took care of a rose bush in the backyard and also a dead cherry tree from the front yard. Definately would call these guys again if i ever want to take my whole tree down. read more

Edit: Instead of speaking to me, they called dad and demanded he take down the reviews. I refused until they apologized. They did not even bother to contact me, instead speaking over my head about the matter. Let's add childish to the list of reasons not to use this company. They did take the dead tree down. That is about all I can say nice about them. The guy that came to do the estimate was drunk and refused to speak to us, only spoke about us to my dad on the phone. That includes a "hello" or"goodbye." It was very strange and difficult to explain how he would literally not even speak at us. Dad said he wouldn't be the one cutting down the tree and moved on with the appointment. We relocated fencing for the garden, clearing out an approximately 20' radius space around the tree. They still destroyed the entire lawn, as well as pushing the fence back more and crushing the garden. They left dead birds from the tree in our window sill. We paid them to leave a 4' stump or no stump, we got 1' of uneven stump. The core was fine. Now we have to pay another couple of thousand to have the eye sore removed, and it won't be this company. They are drunk and inconsiderate people more interested in your money than your satisfaction and property. Even if it is a simple job, give your money to another company that will treat the people in our communities better than this company did us. read more

After not having any success with Home Advisors' contractors and when I finally did get a couple of contractors to come out to give me a quote, it was way more than what I was willing to pay, I did an online search of my own for tree removal and found Trees R Us. The website was easy on the eyes and effortless to navigate. After calling Trees R Us and requesting a quote, indicating that I had a huge tree (maybe 100 ft or taller) that I wanted to have removed and that I did not have to be home when they came to look at it, I received a call within less than an hour from Mr. Bud who had already been to and left my home. The price was extremely competitive compared to the other two contractors. I was so impressed with the pricing that I asked him about another tree. Mr. Bud turned around without hesitation and called me right back to provide another quote. I do not mind paying a reasonable fee for a service and Trees R Us was very reasonable. Within a couple of days, I had coordinated with Ms. Tracy and had Trees R Us come to my home to remove one of the trees and remove vines and bushes from the other tree. They had a mass production going on with more than enough men, trucks, machinery, equipment, etc. I was really impressed with the quality of workmanship and how quickly they completed the job, not to mention the cleanup; it did not even look like they had been to my home of course with the exception of the removal of the one tree, to include grinding the stomp, and the outstanding work they did on cleaning up the other tree and grinding down a stomp. I would highly recommend Trees R Us for ANY tree service to anyone. They are proficient and very efficient at what they do. If there were more contractors and/or businesses like this doing business in our society, the US would be a much more pleasant place to do business in. They were easy to reach on the phone and quick to give us an appraisal. We had a huge very cedar tree from 1930s in front of our house. The quote from Trees R Us was the best we received, and they were able to come out the very next day to cut down our tree. They finished the job after only a few hours too! My only disappointment was that they didn't grind down our stump as much as I was left to believe they would. This company does not stand behind their work. I needed a stump grinded more than how they left it in order to have my yard graded. Since some time had passed since they had done a big job in my yard, I was willing to pay for this service. After numerous phone calls they said they didn't want to be "bothered" and hung up on me.
