I always thought it was respectable to be early to appointments. I arrived and walked in at 8:55 AM. Instead of being greeted with open arms, I was scolded for opening the door prior to them opening. Again, I was given an attitude that they were not open yet and there was no doctor and normally the door is locked... but it wasn't so I could take a seat..I did. I continued to get attitude even after mentioning I was confused as to WHY I WAS GETTING AN ATTITUDE... no response to that... but they didn't get the records I e-mailed over 3 times... so I also got an attitude about that. A man walks in to get medication for his cat... also prior to 9AM... and he was welcomed so nicely and was told his animal was their favorite and making it very clear that I was not welcome at this animal hospital. Not only did I have to wake up early, I had to wake up my sick 1 year old, take him to daycare early, walk the dog early so she could get her poop sample.... and still arrived 5 minutes early ... BUT THAT WASN'T THE RIGHT THING TO DO. I moved from Penn Ridge animal hospital bc I thought IVAH being closer would be better (also more expensive) but I am so glad I did not give them a DOLLAR and Penn Ridge welcomed me back with a same day appointment. Your staff is inappropriate, rude, and completely forgot that I AM THE CUSTOMER and how they treated me was uncalled for. DO BETTER! I do not stand for people belittling others and that is what your front desk staff did. UNBELIEVABLE. CLEARLY seems like the common issue is the staff.. Victoria was prompt, friendly, and importantly - intelligent and kind. She listened attentively as I explained my pet's routine, geriatric issues, medication, etc. and walked him proficiently. I was confident she'd be a great fit and I was correct. She expertly dealt with multiple door keys and moving my dog between two apartments. She sent me daily photos of him engaged in his routine, updating me on food/water intake. I can't say enough about Victoria's professionalism, communication skills and compassionate care of my precious old boy. What a relief when away to know a competent person is on the job! I will absolutely use her in the future with full trust and confidence and recommend her without reservation.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY IN TOMS PET OUTLET FRENCH BULLDOG…read more I bought my dog Zeus from this place, and it turned out to be one of the most heartbreaking experiences of my life. I paid nearly $5,000 in na French bulldog believing I was bringing home a healthy, well-cared-for puppy. Sadly, I was wrong. Zeus had health issues from the very beginning. Despite all the love, care, and medical attention -- including over $10,000 spent at a veterinary hospital -- Zeus passed away at just 1 year and 6 months old. No animal deserves to suffer like that, and no family should have to go through the pain of losing a pet so young. The emotional and financial damage this caused me is beyond words. With a broken heart, I'm leaving this review as a warning: do your research before buying from this place. Don't be fooled by promises or appearances. I truly hope no one else goes through what I went through. This entire experience traumatized me deeply. Losing Zeus so young shattered me emotionally, and I'm currently on medication just to help cope with the pain. Nothing will bring him back, but I hope my words can protect others from the same grief.
