You are however a cutie though. *cheesing* With that said: I stopped by today after seeing that the gas tank to my motorized bicycle had a leak in it. I walked in and simply asked for a quality sealant to plug the leak. Johnny was the gentlemen who was at the register and he could not have been more helpful. I told him the scoop and he voluntarily walked out w me to take a peak. This guy not only suggested a different sealant, but said it was better AND cheaper. It doesn't stop there. Johnny spent over 40 minutes helping me from start to finish in fixing the problem, and even offered me one dollar to put some fresh gas in it. Who the fuck does that?! Seriously. Unreal customer service, and he didn't appear agitated for a second. At the end of it all he even said welcome to Houston! He is the single reason I was able to get my ass back home and on the throne where I'm currently writing this review. You're the fucking man brother. Thanks a million. -Bean

I stopped in to get some new batteries, and was pleasantly surprised by the level of help that I was able to get- making sure it was the right size battery and getting me rang up right away. It was a great shopping experience. The clerks were most helpful- there was a guy in line in front of me with some complicated return, and the other clerk put down their restocking supplies and immediately came over and helped as soon as it was apparent that the other customer's return was going to take a while. The store was clean and well lit. Parking was super easy. I had a great experience at this shop!

That seemed to confuse everyone working there and it took them hours to find my tires. Then when they were done they billed me $80 for not getting the tires from Walmart tire center even though I got them from their website...

I've always gone here, and there is always a wait - whether they have customers or not; whether…read moreyour replacing tires or a battery - they want you to walk their store. I've attempted, on several occasions, to have them patch a leaky tire - and they have never attempted always stating an excuse. Road hazard was not honored because I drove on a tire from the left lane to the feeder on the right. Battery information could not be accessed between stores. The tire that I find on the internet has never been available when I arrive - coincidentally always the next higher priced tire. I'd gone here for years simply because I though it was the cheapest, quickest place (most importantly cheapest). Finally, out of complete frustration, I tried NTB across the street - and found that I no longer had a need to use the walmart service department . At NTB I got better service from a more knowledgeable staff at a better price... and when they patched the same tire that walmart refused to patch, it lasted another 5000 or so miles.

Very hands on with customer service support. The manager I encountered at the time explained the ideology of each Nissan creates a different account to earn reward points. I was grateful he shared that information because I was under the impression I had been earning reward points all together , not separately. Over all my interaction with staff was good. I received a basic oil change. Now what I will say is , this location is a little more expensive than expected but the service was fast and I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. I know Mr. Lee would be proud of his staff making good impressions.!
