Her crown fell off and when mom made the appt to go have it replaced, she informed the staff that she was wearing invisalign and needed the same crown put back on. It is in the appt notes and the nurse reassured her when she got there. The Dr put it on backwards!! Now her invisalign will not fit and he said there was nothing he could do!! It will cost thousands to have her invisaligns redone. He put in his notes AFTER the appt that mom did not inform him of the invisalign. She has the appt notes stating otherwise!!! Either way, he put it on BACKWARDS!!!! Poor practice! Step up and take responsibility for your mistakes!

This was after they took my wife back to the exam room, and started to take X-rays after i carefully explained the only option for extraction was an oral surgeon. They attempted to sell us on some complete lies, and when we refused the service (no surgeon there) they attempted to charge us for the visit though no services were rendered. It was deceptive from start to finish. Luckily we were able to get her an appointment elsewhere within 24 hours and get the extraction done. Do not fall for these sales tactics, especially if you're in a vulnerable position, and in terrible pain.

I was very pleased with Dr. Reed & her office & staff until I had my first cleaning done there…read more During the cleaning, the hygienist disrupted the bonding on an orthodontic retention wire on my upper front teeth. This retention wire was relatively new, was in perfect condition & was not giving me any problem before the cleaning by Dr. Reed's office. Dr. Reed attempted to repair the wire free of charge, & I really appreciated that, but by later that day it was clear that the attempt did not repair it. I contacted Dr. Reed to see if I could come back in to let her try again, & I got no response. So I had to go back to my orthodontist & spend 100s of dollars to redo the retention wire. Very unhappy that my cleaning at Dr. Reed's office ultimately cost me a lot of money since my orthodontic appliance was damaged & had to be re-done by an orthodontist as a result of the cleaning.

I have had work done at the Alvin dental office if anyone that's been there knows you can't go back…read moreunless financial is took care of first I covered all my deductible and /co-pays also the 20 % insurance doesn't cover they upsold me on procedures like floruide treatments they knew was not covered and ok me to get the work done based on that insurance pre-approval over 1,062 dollars that was not covered was not aware I owed anything they began calling me a year or so down the road I told them I was paid insurance was pre-approved had it removed from my credit report twice over the last 2 years because I provided evidence I paid everything so it came off well now they re billed it to me using different accounts number saying I was billed in June 2026 and the credit bureau won't remove it now saying it's a accurate debt and obviously it's not I'm disabled on oxygen and on a fixed income they have put me in a bad situation I'm collecting the invoices and I'm going to see what and when the insurance told them they was not approved and forced on me knowing I would have to pay the full amount uncovered by my Medicare insurance word to the wise make sure your insurance covers the procedure there selling you because if you can't afford to pay it they could care less and please respond Brident so I can post everything I've spoke here with invoices and paid receipts.
