I was told there was one on staff at the Alvin location and set an appointment asap. When we arrived we were told that the surgeon wasn't there today and is only there two days a week. This was after they took my wife back to the exam room, and started to take X-rays after i carefully explained the only option for extraction was an oral surgeon. They attempted to sell us on some complete lies, and when we refused the service (no surgeon there) they attempted to charge us for the visit though no services were rendered. It was deceptive from start to finish. Luckily we were able to get her an appointment elsewhere within 24 hours and get the extraction done. Do not fall for these sales tactics, especially if you're in a vulnerable position, and in terrible pain.

I had an appointment scheduled for a regular check up and I didn't receive a confirmation so I…read moretried to call twice to change my appointment time because I had a medical emergency that morning and had to go elsewhere, now I understand it was within 24hrs of my actual appointment when I booked it but messaging me and telling me you're gonna charge me if I miss my appointment when you haven't even confirmed it is very frustrating and I booked it while the office was still open. I was able to change my time and still went in that day. The doc was very kind to the woman in the room next to me and he was informative to her. When he got to me one of the first things he said was along the lines of "you like to cancel appointments now don't you" and that caught me off guard because you have to put a lot of trust in someone who is using sharp instruments in your mouth. He claimed I wasn't flossing and that's why I was bleeding a lot, didn't apologize once while cutting into my gums, I do floss, daily. His demeanor was rude and cold towards me along side the fact that I had a trainee nurse (she did great but suctioned the bottom of my tongue on accident a couple times which caused me to jolt a bit) to which he responded as though it was my fault. I'm not going back. I don't feel safe or comfortable with this dentist office and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When I got home my gums were still bleeding and I had pieces of my gums that were literally cut into. It's been a few weeks but I thought I should put this out there. We chose him because of a friend's recommendation. They were good the first few times I went. But…read morethen, Molloy did a root canal on me and he just could NOT numb me down. It has been hands down the most painful procedure I've ever had! I'm sooo freakin mad at him! Also, one of his assistants was so mean. She was trying to push this thing so they can get an X-ray of my teeth. I told her it's P.A.I.N.F.U.L and she just kept shoving it in to the point I had to slap her hand. I almost bled my gums!
