He also charged about $60 to repair 2 pairs of dress shoes, including replacing the rubber heel covers for both shoes and also doing some repairs on the sole (without needing to re-sole). He seems like an honest and hardworking individual and I will be going back to him for any future shoe repair needs.

I'm crushed that my favorite shoes were damaged like this and at a store that's supposed to fix shoes!! I went in to request a refund (which I did receive), but when I expressed my concerns for the damage done to my shoes, I was told that they did their best but that the shoes are older shoes. I don't know who's bringing new shoes to a repair and restore shop, but this is unacceptable service for either new or old.
