After thanking me for choosing the company she welcomed me to have a seat at her desk and then she asked how may she help me. I told her the type of vehicle I was looking to ensure and who I wanted on the insurance and she politely asked for the paperwork and identification and she immediately turned to her computer and went to work keep in mind she held a pleasant conversation with me while she was working and when she got the best quote she showed them to me and thoroughly explained and from their I signed for my insurance and paid and I had insurance and identification cards as well, and she also told me that I would be receiving some in the mail. This was a great experience and awesome customer service and indeed I appreciate that and her too.
