Price to clean was same price as the rug itself 3. Booked too far out. Oxifresh: 1. Answered my call each time (3 times I called; twice before 5 pm and once around 7 pm). 2. Were friendly. 3. Gave me a quote over the phone that was at least $20-40 less than the competition. 4. Had an opening the next morning. The gentleman that helped me was on time, professional, genuine, and kind. The cleaning didn't get the dog smell completely out of the carpet like I had hoped, so if you're getting a smell out, splurge for the extra odor cleaner. I'm just gonna sell my rug. ‍

The guys that came were friendly, but I have had several comments about the carpeted rooms smelling of dog, however i added the deodorizer to my cleaning to make it smell fresh and clean. I have also since made my own cleaner and scrubbed the carpets there were several large stains left, I got more of the stains out than they did. I feel like I wasted my money. My realtor was here for pictures the day after the cleaning and she noted it didn't smell like it was cleaned at all. I have used Stanley Steemer in the past and it was amazing what they got cleaned out of my carpets, I am very disappointed.
