The support at Euro Home Care in Plainville, CT was inadequate and inferior. Twice we were promised caregivers to begin working with my father. The coordinator came to my father's house with the caregiver for training. The caregiver never showed up at the start date without even a phone call. Neither the caregiver nor the coordinator ever answered my phone calls. I feel the service was poor and unreliable. These characteristics make me feel uncomfortable for anyone asking for care for their loved one. I highly recommend another agency.

No one who is grieving over the loss of a loved one should have to spent months being stonewalled over a simple document request. I hope others do not experience what I did.
