Do not book with Always Clean Cleaning LLC. I genuinely feel scammed. We found their flyer on our door and saw an ad online for three hours of cleaning for $150, which sounded great since we have a baby and busy work schedules. We booked right away. Two cleaners showed up late, then stayed for barely an hour and a half. When I asked why they were leaving early, they claimed their boss was tracking their time and that they had to go. I called the boss, who told me that sending two people meant it only counted as 1.5 hours--not three. Nowhere on the website does it say that, and I would never have booked it if I knew that's what they meant. Completely misleading. To make it worse, the cleaners barely did anything. They vacuumed, mopped, wiped the counters--and that's it. We added laundry for an extra fee, but it was never touched. Instead, they mixed our clean and dirty clothes together, threw everything in the hamper, and never asked for clarification, even after I offered to help them figure things out when they arrived. Then they had the nerve to tell their boss that our home was "too messy to clean." We paid for cleaning, not judgment. If there were too many clothes, we added laundry for a reason. The boss promised to return the next day to make things right and even confirmed the time. I left work early, rushed to pick up my daughter, and waited at home--no one showed up. I texted and called several times, and eventually received a message claiming my appointment "wasn't confirmed" and they were "too busy" to come. Then I got an $8 refund for the laundry... and that's it. I asked for a full refund, and they refused. I even sent a certified letter and it was returned to sender. This company is unprofessional, misleading, and lacks basic customer service. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Don't waste your money. read more

We requested a deep cleaning service. On the day of the cleaning, my wife was present to monitor their work and guide them to focus on areas that needed special attention. However, the cleaners were very rude and uncooperative. Whenever we asked them to clean specific spots, they demanded extra money, which we agreed to pay. When I came home from work, I noticed that there were still multiple spots they had not cleaned, including some basic stains that I could easily wipe with my fingers.I did a video call with the lady I had been coordinating with for the service, but she was also rude and started shouting at me. She accused me of not wanting to pay and threatened to send a court notice. I pointed out several areas, especially in the hall, where there were spots that could be wiped away with a finger, indicating that they had not been cleaned at all. Additionally, the oven, refrigerator, and sinks were still dirty. Still she was arguing with me and saying that she will be sending a court notice. I feel like I wasted my money on hiring this deep cleaning service, as they didn't even perform a basic cleaning. Reply to your comment- Those pictures clearly understand those not paint Marks, those are sticky glue which I was remove with finger nails during the video call and oven is grease Marks in the oven. read more

I needed a deep, industrial clean for our workshop and shed that we had just re-roofed. Always Clean got back to us within a few minutes and was able to book us for later in the week. They even agreed to move the contents in the workshop and shed for us. Alex came out and was done within a few hours. I thought that had to mean the job was not done thoroughly, but I was wrong! He did a fantastic and efficient job and we were very satisfied with all the corners and crevices that were no longer caked in dust and debris. Will definitely use these guys again. They came once and did okay. They came today 50 minutes late and 2 cleaners zipped through the house supposedly cleaning it in a hour and a half. I said they couldn't scrub the house that fast and they wanted me to show them how they didn't. I could see that they dusted a little and cleaned the bathrooms some. I find there are spots on the floor and things are like my kids used to clean their rooms. I told them how disappointed I am. I gave them a check for what was supposed to be almost 5 hours.
