I've been going to Always Clean Cars since 2019 when I did a partial paint protection film (PPF) and window tint on a new car. They wrapped the hood, mirrors, and recommended some fragile interior pieces. I would have never thought to wrap the shiny interior piano black plastic but it kept finger prints off and ended up looking better and more consistent than the original surface. After all these years the wrap looks like new, and the interior pieces are perfect. My only regret was not wrapping the entire car, which is why I returned to have a new car fully wrapped. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Felix, once again, made some important recommendations but not once tried to upsell or suggest unnecessary services.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He suggested a ceramic treatment for the interior. I didn't realize the tendency for the white interior to stain, and managed to actually stain it before I could get it treated, unintentionally proving Felix's point. They also got the stain out. While I don't live close, it's worth the trip for their attention to detail and exceptional service. Also, when revisiting the original receipt the prices are still similar to nearly 7 years ago. I had my car tinted here. The side and the back came out fine but there were a few miscommunications that led to a sub par job overall. [[HIGHLIGHT]]First, This is A NEW CAR, and not a re-inspection. I asked Felix and the installer about the front window inspection, they said whatever they said. Here is what YOU need to know in case you aren't advised properly as myself. Do not get your front window tinted until AFTER its inspected on any car but especially a new one, bottom line[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The front tint had to be cut out after MV refused to pass me, it now looks like a ghetto tint job, please check out the photos. They did cut it out for free however, the trouble going back and forth with the DMV when all this could have EASILY been avoided. Im also upset that they felt this quality of work was acceptable for myself when they wouldn't have it on their own cars. Needed a cleaning of my car since I was handing it to my parents. Found this place on Yelp and was convicted to try them out since they had such stellar reviews. This place did not disappoint. I've already told my friends to come here for their car needs. I got linked up with Benny who was incredible. He was extremely friendly and explained the process to me very clearly. The car came out looking new, both inside and out. I had a couple of scuff marks on my back bumper as well as two large "baby on board" stickers and when I asked Benny about them, he graciously offered to paint over the scuff marks and remove the stickers. I thought there might be surcharge but nope! In my limited interaction with the other staff, they were also very friendly and personable. I love the workspace they have as well. PPF can save your car paint from idiot drivers as well! As soon as I got my new Miata I had to do get PPF applied asap. I had contacted several services and Felix was the most responsive and informative among all. He thoroughly answered all of my questions by emails, texts and calls. The PPF application was faultless and it didn't alter the original color in any noticeable way. Just a couple weeks later an idiot backs into my parked car. It looked really bad so I took it back to these guys and after PPF removal, to my surprise, the paint was completely intact (Only a small dent is there). They have applied a new PPF and I couldn't be happier and more importantly I have a peace of mind. I strongly recommend PPF if you value your car's original paint. The whole process of bringing my car into the shop, getting the work done to pick up was a pleasure. I got a detail and installed 3M Ceramic tints on the back windows and rear windshield of my car. Felix walked me through the whole process and helped me choose the right tints to fit my needs. My car tends to get warm due to the many windows so I chose the ceramic tints to reduce the heat. Dropped the car off at 8 and the car was ready by 3. I can tell a difference since having installed the tints. My daughter doesn't get as sweaty sitting in her car seat. I brought my 2012 Toyota Sienna for interior & exterior detailing, paint touch up (I supplied the pen), and headlight restoration. The car wasn't in terrible shape when I brought it in, but it definitely had the hallmarks of a 10 year old family van - chocolate stains and sweat stains on the seats and door panels, wear and micro-scratches on the exterior, foggy headlights, etc. I was very pleased when I came to pick up the car, and saw that the condition had been restored to near factory condition (as close as one can get on a 10 year old car). I was even more pleased the following day when I saw the car in full sunlight. I have included some photos (wish I included "before" pictures). My experience with a detailing company was always a pushy type of sales. However, Felix is probably the nicest guy you can ever meet. Prompt response time (Don't be that guy that gets annoyed when you don't receive a text back in 5 min) is vital to today's world. Seems like text would be the best way to contact him throughout the time your vehicle is being detailed. I have asked for full interior cleaning as the previous owner left some funky smell in the car. I won't say that the price was cheap. However, you have to pay to get what you want. I was glad I got the service from here as the smell is totally gone. Along with the interior cleaning, decided to tint the car as well. The 35% window tint was exactly what I was looking for. Not too dark, not too light. Police most likely would not harass you as much with this darkness. If you have stickers on the window, I would recommend you to take it off before you get your windows tinted. It would make their job a lot easier as well as create better precision for installation. I'm glad I found a place like this so close to my house. It might not be easy to find but they have their signs on the door so you can't miss it. I don't appreciate when my car is not 100% clean. The whole reason for me detailing my car was to get the chewing tobacco smell from the passenger seat that accidentally went all over my passenger seat and this place didn't even bother to put the seat all the way back to shampoo, clean and vacuum in between where the back of the seat meet and where you put your butt so it still smells like chewing tobacco. I can tell they didn't do it because I still pulled chewing tobacco out of the seat. Not cool guys. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I don't see how it has all those good reviews. It's probably from people who work there making fake accounts and taking pictures of their friends cars after their friends cleaned them. I'm highly dissatisfied with the work I received and will be taking this business to Court to let it be known that I take things like this very seriously.
