Love this place. These guys are so detail oriented. For SUV, I think the wash is only $20. They spend their time, so I would suggest having someone pick you up so you don't have to sit there the whole time because it will be close to an hour (for SUV). The only negative is that they can be busy, so you would have to wait extra long if there are other cars in queue. So make sure someone can pick you up and drive you there to pick up your car. read more

I have to say they do a great job detailing but the customer service is interesting. Although it is included in detailing, BEWARE OF THE ENGINE CLEANING!!! If you have a car that has an exposed engine be careful of the engine washing service. A family member of mine went there, detailing was great, but they got water in the alternator and the car would not work. After bringing it to their attention they had an aloof attitude like , "oh well its not our problem" After much to do my relative resolved the issue..i.e. they repaired the alternator, but they put in a used one. More shade though because although they claimed first it was new then they stated it was rebuilt. Finally it came out that they got a used alternator and put that in the vehicle. Just Buyer beware...and get a receipt read more

They did a really good job on my full service wash I just had done. It just took very long, a full hour. I saw people coming in and dropping their cars off so maybe that's an option but I live about 15 min away so not worth it probably. I'll be back ! I had my car fully detailed here, and wasn't too thrilled. I was impressed by the expensive cars in the pictures on their website, thinking I was going to get a top notch job. I had the car compounded and waxed, and the interior completey detailed as well. Pros: - Friendly people and convenient location Cons: - The license plates were not removed before compounding and waxing. When I got home, I removed the plates to install new plate covers. There was dirt and crud behind the plates, and the areas were obviously not cleaned and waxed. A wax outline went right around the plates. - The plastic grill pieces had compound residue, and a trim cleaner was never applied. The grill looked shabby. - The dash, although it appeared to be wiped down, appeared dull. Again, a cleaner and protectant should have been used here. - Carpet cleaning could have been better. The carpet was in very good shape prior to this detailing, with the exception of some dirt staining on the edge of the floor on the drivers front floor. Most of the staining remained after cleaning. - The leather didn't appear to have a protectant applied to it. - I expected a deep glossy appearance to the exterior finish, but it was just slightly better than what I get from a good car wash. - The top edges of the windows were not cleaned, so that when you roll the windows down, the edges were completely dirty. - The steering wheel could have been cleaned better. Some dirt was still left behind. Overall, I was not really satisfied with the job, and won't return. Having had many cars detailed before, including Mercedes and BMW, I know what to expect. This detailing just fell short. It's all in the details when detailing, and when corners are cut, it shows. It was not money well spent. read more
