This review could have easily earned a five-star rating, as the initial appearance of the car detailing for my husband seemed impressive when they completed the work in the evening. However, the following day revealed a different story; we discovered numerous areas that had been overlooked, suggesting that the team may have rushed through the job. The initial satisfaction quickly turned into disappointment as we realized that the quality of the detailing did not meet our expectations. To make matters worse, we were taken aback when our personal information was shared with a third-party company that solicits reviews. This led to an incessant barrage of text messages and phone calls urging us to leave a five-star review, which felt intrusive and unprofessional. I recently had an interior detailing service done at this place, and initially, I was impressed because it seemed like they had successfully removed all the stains. However, to my disappointment, the very next day, those stubborn stains reappeared as if they had never been treated at all. The team assured me they would come back to address the issue, but unfortunately, they never followed through. I tried reaching out to Greg for updates, but he stopped responding to my messages, leaving me feeling completely ignored. JGK did a fantastic job cleaning my car. We had stains from formula and smells that I thought would be there forever. When greg came he helped me finish unloading stuff from my car into my house. Not only did he clean the car to a new condition, he was patient and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done 100% right, really going the extra mile. I took my car to have back seats cleaned up after it was soiled. after I tried to clean up most of it, it still needed a more thorough cleaning. They did a great job cleaning the seat and even cleaned up the back of the bucket seats and back floor as they had been spotted here and there also. I was very pleased with the service. These guys are amazing!! The left side of my car was flooded with water!! The removed the water beautifully!! We had an issue with the blinkers following up after but they helped fix the issue.
