Martin, the owner, came out and did all the measurements, made recommendations, and worked with me to coordinate tearing out the old carpet, giving me a week to paint, and then having his guys return to do the installation after the painting was done. Alison, Terry and Therese were all involved at various times, and everyone went out of their way to make a very bad situation better. I had the girl that did the estimate take out all the fluff and it was still $6650 dollars. It's only two small bedrooms, a hall, and a closet. I measured them and figured the square footage to be 460 ft.² with no waist. I consulted a carpet installer and he agreed with me that I needed approximately 68 yd.². I purchased slightly more expensive carpet from a competitor and hired that carpet installer and I am getting the job done for $3400. I would not trust AFW! Beware, I'm not sure if they are just inexperienced or if they are just looking for huge paychecks from unsuspecting people?? I am not going back there for anything!
