Paul really can do everything we can think of to throw at him. We called Paul when we had lights go out in our 30' ceiling. In his first call, he replaced all our ceiling lights and straightened out a ceiling light fixture that no one could get to stay in place despite multiple attempts over the last 5 years. Then he serviced our plumbed in humidifiers, straightened our kitchen cabinet doors, rebuilding one that was coming apart, fixed a subwoofer in our Sprinter RV, replaced broken and missing window valences and helped us remove and dispose of a couch. He is now servicing our boat outboard and hydraulic steering and has consulted with our next door neighbor on a Nest thermostat system installation I think that's it at the moment. We are now noticing all of the little repair jobs around the house and have yet to find something he can't handle, but we will keep trying

I had the girl that did the estimate take out all the fluff and it was still $6650 dollars. It's only two small bedrooms, a hall, and a closet. I measured them and figured the square footage to be 460 ft.² with no waist. I consulted a carpet installer and he agreed with me that I needed approximately 68 yd.². I purchased slightly more expensive carpet from a competitor and hired that carpet installer and I am getting the job done for $3400. I would not trust AFW! Beware, I'm not sure if they are just inexperienced or if they are just looking for huge paychecks from unsuspecting people?? I am not going back there for anything!

Don't believe that reviews from before then are valid anymore. They installed floors which warped almost immediately, and refused to fix it until I paid them in full. Told me I had two days to pay regardless, and sent me to collections within two hours. If you want shoddy workmanship and worse customer service, this is the place for you! Was then ghosted when I tried to pay.

We planned for 11:00 a.m. At 11:00 this morning, I received a call they were running a few minutes late but were on their way. What a nice call. So many people nowadays, don't bother to call at all! I was impressed with his customer communication. He and his son, Andy, showed up about 10 minutes later. They immediately surveyed the house and went to work. They were done within one hour. They worked well together, fast and efficient. The carpets are clean and the tiled floor is clean too! Couldn't have asked for a better job by two nice people. The outside deck overlooking steamboat resort will make you not want to get up and go to town! We even saw a moose and a fox! But if you do go to town, favorite spots are Mambo for Italian, creekside cafe a definite must for brunch and if you want to get boozy quick, go to sunpie's, sit at outside bar, talk to Georgie and get a hurricane(or 2). Laundry next to creekside is outstanding and if you want craft cocktails, this is the place to be! We also really enjoyed the Ore House if you want steak or prime rib. Kitchen is small but has everything you need to make basic meals. Beds are SUPER comfy. Overall, great place to stay!

We could watch the skiers coming down the mountain from the balcony. Comfy beds, washer/dryer, 2 full baths, fireplace, games and a spacious loft! 2 hot tubs and a swimming pool on site! Strawberry springs was a 20 minute drive from the condo. The town is quaint and full of shops, restaurants and great photo opportunities! I truly couldn't ask for anything more. I can't wait to come back
