They kept repeating to look at my invoice that tells me the products are natural with imperfections. Imperfections are one thing but flaws and failure are another. Today I attended the Herb Planting Class at Kospia Farms. First I want to comment that with…read moreeverything going on at the Farm today in celebration of Mothers, it was very well organized. Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you. Then to top it all off they gave us a handout that covered trimming, drying and pairing herbs as well as a few recipes! A wonderful experience! Thank you for making my Mother's day extra special!
