I just received a beautiful Happy Birthday arrangement from from my sister made up by Always in Bloom from Marion, MA. My sister ordered them earlier today and they were delivered this afternoon. Very pleasant on the phone when they called to let me know a delivery was coming and the delivery driver was very professional and courteous. Flowers are cut fresh, smell great and came in a very nice tall vase. I had no idea they were in this area but I'm glad I know of them now. I'll be using them in the future!! read more

How do you explain the emotion when our daughter's wedding planned for this September 28 is cancelled for serious personal reasons? As the parents of the bride that are struggling with her over this tragedy we find the owner of this company only concerned about the money we have paid her. We have given the owner $4,750 for the wedding flowers and also three weeks notice the wedding was off. Even if the flowers were ordered there would be no labor for the arrangements, no delivery to the church and no delivery to Newport Vineyards. So there was no compassion for our daughter--only the almighty buck. We will do our best to share this experience with as many people as possible. Enjoy our money! read more

With a next to nothing budget and big dreams for our wedding day, Sharon the owner of Always In Bloom was able to marry the two for our magical moment! The florals were never meant to be the focus (the food was) but the few quirky statement pieces that were created for us by Always in Bloom added the perfect pop of rich fall colors to our farmers market themed affair. The delicious rose headpiece that you designed for our daughter was stunning and my "bouquet" made me feel like the most beautiful barefoot bride! The vibrant single red roses against the stark ivory jumpsuits worn by the bridesmaids was both sleek and sophisticated. However, the replicas of both of our Mothers (whom have passed)wedding bouquets was an angelic and subtle tribute to both of their loving memories. If I could give a negative star I would. Not once but twice they screwed up on delivery. The first time for wedding centerpieces they were a week early calling us in frantic mode asking why we weren't there to pick them up when in fact the wedding was a week later. At least that point was not noticed by anyone. Second two months later they when we walked into the funeral for my mother there were no flowers. They AGAIN had the wrong time, at least the right date at this point but to no avail the wrong time. We called the flowers came ALL WRONG. Missing the colorful cross arrangement with the loving mother sash and missing a vase of flowers to sit by the picture of my mother. To top it off they send the missing vase to the coalition after the funeral with a note stating "It's been a tough day" REALLY BECAUSE I WAS BURYING MY MOTHER!!!! Maybe I am still a bit emotional but does not excuse the objective fact the flowers were NOT THERE ON TIME! If you want your flowers on time do NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more
