They went above and beyond and delivered the flowers the same day. Additionally, in very short notice they were able to change the delivery address upon my request. The person I spoke with was delightful. I explained to her what type of flowers I was looking for over the phone and when I got the picture I couldn't be happier with the results. My friend loved the flowers as well. I really like that they send you a copy of the delivery confirmation as well as a picture of the flowers. Great service all around! When we got to town we went straight to Verde and, even though they were closing in an hour, they jumped on it and created a beautiful funeral spray for us. Since it was so late, and the viewing was in a Church, they could not promise delivery that evening or the next morning in time, so they helped us with instructions how to keep it fresh overnight to bring it with us tomorrow. They stayed late so they could help us - we loaded it into our car and we will bring it ourselves. Such a kind gesture in this time of grief- above and beyond!!

Sisters/owners Samantha Leonard and Corrie Mays are incredibly gracious and welcoming. It seems to be taking on the original "vibe" of the store when it opened. Jessica was also incredibly helpful. Samantha and Corrie really seemed interested in honest customer feedback. It was a delight to spend time talking with them! I was even offered a small bottle of Spring Water. What a fabulous touch. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would!! I posted several photos earlier this evening. Previous: The Plum Porch has been my favorite gift/accessory shop on Cape Cod for countless years. Whenever I am in the area, I try to stop in. The salespeople are friendly and welcoming. They seem to update their merchandise regularly. I especially like the selection of unique baby gifts and jewelry. I never feel rushed in the store and I also don't feel pressured to make a purchase.
