Horrible! Avoid at all costs. They doubled our price the day of the move. They lost or broke a majority of our items. They delivered items that did not belong to us and have made no attempt to get them to their rightful owner. They stink at communication. read more

Absolutely, 100% awful. Every single step of working with them was horrible. I paid for a full service move, and the movers they sent were slow, lied repeatedly about how long they had left ("one more hour") until eventually I was kept up until 3 am waiting for them to slowly finish loading the truck. No warning whatsoever that it was going to take so long. On top of that, one of the movers waltzed in to my apartment with no mask on, and they left the place covered with trash. Then they upcharged me a huge amount. Then, I got jerked around by customer service (who almost never picks up), who refused to give me any updates about how long it was going to take to get moving. It sat in my origin city for weeks. Then, out of nowhere, they call on a Sunday morning and tell me the truck is there, and when I'm not available, they upcharge me even more, based on extremely misleading language in their contract. SCAM is putting it lightly! Always Moving Inc. gave me a written estimate of $4,700. to move my household items cross-country. This estimate was in-line with 2 other moving company estimates. They loaded my items on their truck, and THEN told me the cost to ship would be over $12,000!! Very long story short, they were always extremely difficult to communicate with, in every sense of the word. By phone OR email. If you ever could get a hold of anyone, they were rude and would lie. When I had finally paid them close to $5K, and told them I was going to come and get my items, they disappeared, went out of business. Please save yourself a lot of money and even more heartache and grief. I've never had such an awful experience with movers before. We paid a premium to have our things professionally packed and moved. The majority were damaged, some to the point of no longer usable. All because of a lack of proper packaging and most with no packaging at all. We had numerous wardrobe boxes filled to the brim with various unwrapped loose items (sewing machines, TVs, computers, etc. piled in one large wardrobe box without an ounce of paper or boxing). This was after they raised the price and refused to open the truck to unpack until we agreed to honor it. Never.Again. read more

we have moved many times over the years. This was by far the worst. To start we had a detailed estimate that was developed room by room with their sales rep. We paid for packing and the packers showed up late both days. The super said that the sales rep underestimated the quantity of furnishings and and boxes. Said we would have to pay another 50% over the original estimate. They left town late and we were moving from Chicago to Tampa. The slick sales rep said it would take 7-10 days for our furniture to arrive. Not good but we accepted that. It actually showed up two and a half weeks later! Part of the lies were the truck broke down in TN. We were told they would unload the Sat after Thanksgiving but they cancelled again. This was the worst move that I have ever experienced. read more

This company is a scam. They last minute cancelled my reservation. I called them back 5 minutes later to speak with Jeremy and was told an excuse and that they have to call me back. I called back 2 more times that day and each time no one was able to speak to me and I was told Id get a call back. I was also told id have a personal coordinator throughout the move which was also a lie, i never heard from the "personal coordinator" ever again although she was very persistent when taking Zelle payments from me. I called their office to request a partial refund and Jeremy insisted on arguing with me and told me that I didnt answer although I called them several times. He threatened that if I left a review he would have it disputed and started to mock me and call me an expert. Lastly i asked for the call logs to see when they were calling cause I have no calls from them and he told me he doesnt need to give me these records and to take him to court! Unbelievable and absolute trash experience. $1600 deposit and dealing with their rude employees. NOT WORTH IT. Go with someone else. read more

There should be an option for negative stars. We have moved long distance several times and this is by far the worst company. Not only were they not on time for the delivery, we had to pay an extra $4k on top of the $9k original quote and had several heavily damaged high end furniture and other items. AVOID!!! We contracted with Proud American Van Lines who claimed they have no responsibility as they were acting as broker only. I would avoid them as well for their poor choice of trucking companies. read more

this company is a scam! scheduled a long distance move on january 3rd, company said we never verified it and said they had it scheduled for january 10th, told them that there was no way that was going to work, we had to get another company asap. when i called about our $2000 deposit, they told me it was non fundable, please stay away from this company, will now deal with a lawyer! read more
