Two weeks ago on a Thursday evening, the team manager ran the extremely noisy equipment until 8:15 pm when it became dark. This is VERY disruptive. Residents in Baker Hill cannot hear on their phones and cannot even hear their TV's. When I spoke with the team manager, he was very, very uncooperative. Today is a Saturday, and this same manager and his team have been running their extremely loud equipment since 3 pm. It is now 5:15 pm on a WEEKEND - SATURDAY. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. This has been a repeating event. THE TEAM MANAGER WAS AGAIN VERY UNCOOPERATIVE about doing the work during normal Mon. - Friday business hours of 9 am to 5 pm. The crew that came out to do the work was professional and worked quickly on a humid August day. They cut down several branches and limbs from the very mature oak trees in our backyard. They cleaned all the dust and debris away and left everything in better shape than when they found it. I'm particularly happy with AAA because their quote was half what another company gave me for the same amount of work. Really happy to have found them and highly recommend their service!
