Unlike another reviewer, I did have to fill out a waiver and information sheet about why I was visiting and any allergies. The English level of the staff was adequate! And hand signals, body language get through the rest of it. Some customers just don't seem to have patience maybe? A lavender scented cotton steam mask was provided as part of the massage. At many walk-in massage shops, they seem to use cheap low quality lotion. It smells bad and dries out my skin due to the alcohol content. The therapist here used Tiger Balm!! It made for a really pleasant and deep massage, with the healing properties of the balm. I love the smell, but it may not be to the liking of others. I did not pay more for the Tiger Balm but they also have some aromatherapy oils for additional cost. My foot massage took a whole 60 minutes and it was just feet and legs. Some places also do a mini neck and back. Didn't bother me - if I wanted a back massage I would have paid for one! Five stars would have been for a slightly elevated experience such as a private room and candles/ambience. I'll definitely be back and will try a back massage.
