I had liked this laundry mat and had received good customer service many times before up until…read moretoday. I dropped off my laundry in 2 dryers at 12:35pm I put them both on for 45minutes. I returned 5 minutes late at 1:10pm ON THE DOT and found my laundry in trash bags. Now I agree that my clothes should've been bagged. I wasn't there to tend to them and others may have needed to use the machines but what I was rather baffled by was when looking around the facility, which was not full, I counted 10 open dryers not in use. Nearly HALF of their dryers. And my clothes were still in trash bags at the front of the store. Still, I apologized and started to take the bags and leave, until I was told that she wanted the trash bags back. I apologized again and emptied out my laundry. Now I'm not upset that clothes were in bags, I get it. I was late. What I am upset about and what I thought was extremely rude was when the woman working preceded to talk about me loudly with another customer. I had the pleasure of hearing her discuss that ''This is the real world' 'Who does she this she is?' and 'If she can afford a car then she obviously doesn't need to be here.' adding that 'She can afford to buy a dryer.' all while I folded my clothes near by. While bagging clothes is probably procedure, being rude isn't so I don't recommend this place. To the owner of this business I did not know that this was only a laundry mat for, by your employees standards, and I quote 'lower income customers' To readers of this post if you're looking for a laundry mat that chargers 25¢ per 5 minutes of dry time and that treats you like you're 'low class' then this is apparently 'your' place. To the older woman with glasses working the morning shift on 1/4/14, my apologizes for being 5 minutes late, owning a car and apparently being 'well off' to use your laundry mat. No worries though, I agree and I will not be back.

The washer will not give you your coins back!! When it stopped and I took out my blanket it said $9.00 so the machine acknowledged that it took my 36 quarters instead of 35 quarters. I loudly complained as the owner was sitting right there and he said nothing! I know 25cents is nothing but it's the principle of the thing....taking what is not yours! That is dishonesty. I am forgiving him but I will not use this business again!!

This laundromat is clean with new Wascomat washers and dryers throughout. What this means to us,…read morethose with dirty clothes, you get a hotter, longer wash for your money as well as more drying time for your money than Three Sisters Laundry down the street next to Big Lots whose machines don't always work as they should (like not spinning clothes dry during the wash). The owner is here on site many hours during the day to help people and give pleasant advice to help customers get the most washing and drying for their money. By the way, there is free wi-fi on site.
