I always chat and have small talk and laughs with a couple of the workers. Today I overheard the lady running the cash register telling another customer "Oh we give these to our loyal customers to save money" and proceeds to hand her a card. My only question is what qualifies you as a "loyal customer" these days? I love to support a local business and do so on the daily but to hear this was so distasteful. Won't catch me there again.

Even if I am on the other side of town I will wait to get gas at AM EXPRESS and used to refuse going anywhere else. I wanted to support their business here in Bowling Green. There is a game that I was trying to win for several weeks and I would get excited thinking about being able to stop in to play the game hoping to win. The game I was playing is close to the restrooms. The objective of the game is to hold down a button and release it on whatever number prize you want. I was trying to get #1 and #3 both were in clear little boxes and the prize was a one hundred dollar bill. Well last week I had a few dollars on me and to my surprise I WON ON #3 A HUNDRED DOLLARS !!!! I WON. I NEVER WIN ANYTHING.Well the game did not give me my prize. I was so upset and frustrated and I figured if I go up to the counter and ask Prea what I need to do things would be resolved with no problem.She did not know what to tell me and brushed off my concern like I she didn't care.The owner came out from her office and I told her what had happened and she said she didn't know she would have to contact the man who owned the game. I politely said okay and went on to my house.I got in the drive way and said no I am going back. I wrote my name , phone number, as well as the timeframe I played the game and what prize I had one. I thought I would get a call or the owner could view her camera at that time I was there.When I got there to drop off my letter with contact info I looked on the game for a service # and there was none.I am a very passive person and I know it's only $100.00 dollars but a $100.00 is a lot of money to me. I tried to tell myself to let it go.If I went to bingo or the mint gambling hall and I paid to play a game and I won I would expect just like anyone else to get the prize one so it's not okay to me what has happened. Whomever owns this whole property, needs to redo the blacktop because parking there, you need a jeep or a truck... Now, my first time coming to this laundromat, I brought my daughter to catch up on some of my boyfriends work clothes and a few other things... I take it to the large front loader just to get it all done, barely filled the machine (but was too big for the small top loaders) and she tell me there's too much in there... my daughter and another small child could fit in there. So, spending more money I had to split them up in small washers. As I'm doing this, with my daughter standing right next to me this women, WITHOUT ASKING FOR MY PERMISSION, picks up my 17 month old daughter. Immediately starts screaming and grabs my shirt and the lady walks away, doesn't apologize. It was very awkward and scary.... #DontTouchMyKid So after spending $6 on washing my clothes (which would have originally costed me $3.50, I get to the dryers... Warning you now, I'd rather go Amish and hang them from a clothes line... half of them don't work. And the ones that do, cost you about 2 dollars to even get a small load dry. She was rude the entire time I was there and she'd use half the working dryers anyway. So if you're looking to drop it off and spend that cost, be my guest.
