He looked the situation over closely and told me what I needed and gave me the name of a company that does that type of work. My neighbor asked for his opinion on her situation and he said her guttering was too small for the volume of water. He sent a crew out four days later and completed the job for her. One of the crew members noticed something had been done wrong by another company when he got up on the roof. She is going to have Eldon and Sons correct that before it becomes a bigger issue. I also had two replacement windows go bad. I called Jerry at Eldon and Sons and he ordered the replacements which were installed the day they did my neighbor's guttering job. No charge. No hassle. They were glad to take care of the problem. If all businesses related to construction and otherwise did business the way Eldon and Sons does, there would be a lot more happy homeowners. Too often I hear nightmare stories about home repair companies and I cringe. I never hestitate to refer anyone to Eldon and Sons. That includes my fellow yelpers!

They are a small locally owned business. His crews are always courteous and thorough in performing their job duties. Most recently they performed leaf removal from my gutters in December 2025. Prior to their arrival Amazon packages were left on my front door steps in plain view from the street. The crew went above and beyond to relocate the packages from street view. I don't know about you but this is the type of company I like to hire for services. They are 10 star company.

It was quoted at ~$8k and after beginning the job that increased to ~$9k with an approved change order, which was fine. I would say the job began OK and Ethan did a fair job on the demo and framing. His detail work however was sloppy, leaving bad scratches all over the new tub. He tried to cover them but only made it worse. The tub will have to be reglazed to fix it. Moreover he or his sub installed the diverted incorrectly and we got a bid for $1340 to fix that. Really the worst part has been his unreliability and broken promises. Our tenant has given up so much time to be stood up, delayed, etc. We finally had no choice but to end the contract, and unfortunately we were nice enough to pay almost all of the contract in advance after he asked if we could help him to pay his guys. We are left holding the bag, which is our fault for paying him in advance when the job wasn't close to being done. I would run from this guy.

But the girls that showed up did not clean them from the outside with a hose, soap, or tools. From the inside, she brought a can of window spray I could get myself at any store and wiped them. Sills, or around the window were left dirty. She did clean my glass storm door which I wasn't aware was included, but when she used her knuckle to knock on it for me to let her in, she left a smudge from cleaner/sweat and left it there. My back kitchen window still had smudges on it that I did not notice until they were gone. And I think a small backside window was not even done. Not sure what "professional" window cleaning is supposed to look like, but I guess i'm better off doing it myself. Wish I would not have spent the money
