AM Home Delivery shipped our new fridge from AJ Madison on the East Coast, to us in Flagstaff, Arizona. They picked it up the day after we bought it online. They sent us the tracking info, and it was delivered without delay, in pristine condition. They removed the packing material and moved it into our kitchen. We had read some other reviews and know that not everyone had a good experience with them, but ours couldn't have been better or completed in shorter time. Ordered a couch from Keeks Design on 5/24/26. We get a call last week that our delivery window would be the next day. Both of us have very busy schedules and had to reschedule to a time when we would be home. They said they could not guarantee a specific day and time but would schedule it for a few days out so WE could have more time to move around our schedules to accommodate THEM. The truck comes today and our couch is just... Not on the truck. No answers. No phone number to call other than their main line (which is closed today). No compensation for our time. Just "we will need to reschedule for another day." But hey at least we're not being charged a redelivery fee. Complete incompetence. read more

I would strongly caution anyone considering AM Home Trucking. During a washer and dryer delivery to my home, their driver handled the appliance with complete disregard for my property. The unit was slammed directly into a piece of furniture, breaking it on impact. Instead of correcting the situation carefully, the driver backed up and managed to slam into a wall-mounted item, knocking a limited edition wallflower off the wall and breaking it as well. This wasn't some unavoidable accident. It was careless handling, twice, inside my home. I immediately documented everything and submitted a claim with full photos, item values, and a clear account of what happened. The total damage came out to $696 for two items that cannot be repaired and must be replaced. What's worse than the damage itself is how they handled it after. I followed their process, sent everything requested, and then... nothing. No meaningful updates. No resolution. No accountability. Just silence. At this point, it's not just about the damage. It's about a company that doesn't take responsibility when their employees damage a customer's home. I am generally a balanced reviewer, and often include the good with the bad. In this case, I am ashamed for AM Home Delivery. After tipping the Delivery Team (MARVIN (EMJR) & ANGEL DIAZ (EMJR)) $100/each in hopes of encouraging professionalism & decency, they DESTROYED the carpet and drywall damage, in my 2,000sqft brand new home and executive rental. Without regard for the walls also severely damaged the drywall in the house. When filing a complaint about the experience, was asked to: 1. Go to a notary and pay to notarize a letter. 2. Obtain 4 bids for the work to fix the issues. This alone takes weeks and 4 meetings with contractors and all BEFORE fixing the carpet and drywall. While occupied with tenants. 3. Submit the notarized document, photos, bids and wait to hear if they too will be sending a contractor out to bid. All this to "possibly" have a resolution... for an issue caused by this company. I no longer even care about the $1,500 I have to spend to fix it all... I am more disgusted with the principle. I'd normally offer photos but it doesn't appear possible. read more

AM Home Delivery is the flakiest company I have dealt with in a long time. They were supposed to install a wall oven for me and made me pay before they would make an appointment. They made the appointment and did not show up. I called 3 times to set up another date and each time they have me a 2 day window and a promise to phone before they came. They never phoned and never came. Each time I spoke with a representative for information I was told they would research the issue and call me back. I never received a call back from them, ever. AM Delivery is bad. Today was the second delivery scheduled, but it didn't happen Both delivery men told me the same thing. It's too high, too wide; they need three men. They are playing me, thinking I'm not smart enough to know they can angle the appliance and get it in on a dolly. I told them that one person delivered the old refrigerator. I tell them they can bring it in on an angle with a dolly and turn it sideways instead of the full 30-inch front. I do not believe they want to do the job...just get paid for driving over to Asheville from Charlotte. This is the second failed delivery. read more

AM Home Delivery/Trucking is a completely unresponsive company, who in my case, caused significant damage to our house when delivering a Rocco fridge. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a Rocco fridge either, in fact, I'd warn anyone to be quite careful if buying one. To be clear - their fridge has worked very well, is aesthetically great, and is far better than other wine/beverage fridges we have owned. But their delivery partner, AM Home Delivery/Trucking, is a disaster. While AM Home Delivery is separate from Rocco, this is Rocco's partner and key supplier and they bear some responsibility for delivery. In my case, AM Home hit my front porch with their delivery truck. We were not home at the time, but all of this was captured on our Ring Doorbell. After hitting our porch, the drivers then "cleaned up the evidence" and removed the broken pieces of fascia, ceiling planks, and gutter. I can only think in an effort to hope that we wouldn't notice the damage?!? After jumping through all of the hoops on the AM Trucking website, getting repair estimates, sending in all of the requested information, photos, copies of the Ring doorbell videos, etc. - NOTHING but silence. No returned emails, no return phone calls. I reached out directly to Rocco to see if they could intercede on our behalf and while Rocco's customer service was quite responsive, their efforts were completely ineffective as well. For a company who touts "Every detail matters", they should pay attention to their train wreck partner for delivery. Buyer beware. Great product, but if getting it into your house causes significant damage and cost to repair - I would not buy it and will never buy one again. And if anything you're buying is delivered by AM Home Delivery/Trucking, I would think twice or request a different delivery option. read more

I can see why their ratings are so so low. I had delivery set up for over a month scheduled for 8/13/24. On 8/13/24 I received a text and call at 330 PM stating I needed to reply by 4PM for delivery on 8/14/24. I called and they told me it was too late, that my order was pulled and I would now be placed on next week for delivery... It didn't matter that I took off an entire day for this. I was told a manager would call me to correct this issue on 8/13/24, still no call. I called again 8/14/24 only to be blamed and deemed as my fault since I didn't answer when they texted or called at 330 PM zero resolution offered. I received my delivery early this morning. I specifically told the agent who set up delivery it was a 1 flight walk up. They asked me how many stairs and said it wouldn't be a problem. The drivers arrived and refused to bring the merchandise up the stairs. So after arguing with the driver and AM home delivery, my wife, who was crying, told them to leave it in the garage. I now have 2 pieces of furniture that I cannot get up the stairs. They did offer me white glove service for $150 which they said included set up and garbage removal. At no point did they say the drivers wouldn't bring it upstairs. They made my wife extremely upset, obviously. I called the office and they said they received my complaint and the manager will definitely call me back.......I am still waiting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. First, they notified me that I needed to pay a $450 'small truck fee' to deliver my new couch (which had free delivery), because supposedly they couldn't get a big truck up our hill. They would not listen when I told them full-size trucks came up here all the time; talking to them was futile. So we decided to have it delivered to a friend who lived down the hill and drive it up ourselves. I got a confirmation email from AM delivery saying the couch would be here between 10 and 2 on Thursday, so I reserved a cargo van from uHaul, blocked off my Thursday, and went about my business. Then I got a surprise call on Monday morning -- I was in the middle of a tournament an hour from my home -- saying the couch was being delivered RIGHT THEN. And if I wasn't ready they'd need to charge me a redelivery fee. So I spent the ENTIRE rest of my day dealing with it, having to cancel afternoon clients, get a last-minute truck rental etc. These guys stink. read more

I am frankly not surprised by the majority of negative reviews for a freight delivery company. Outside of Room & Board, I have almost never had a good experience with these companies. Either the delivery dates are missed/significantly delayed, the service paid for is not ultimately rendered, and/or the delivery itself causes damage to the home. Despite others' experience, mine was excellent. The AM called/emailed/texted within three days of my item arriving in the local warehouse to schedule delivery for the next business day. The delivery window was between 1-5pm and the drivers actually called slightly early. I purchased the white glove delivery service as I live on the third floor of a walk-up, but the two delivery men handled everything well without so much as brushing up against a wall. It's likely that a customer's ultimate experience is almost entirely dependent on the delivery crew they're interacting with at the final point of service. Based on other reviews, perhaps I was lucky, but my experience with AM was pretty great. read more

Seriously? If I've ever had a worse experience with a delivery company I can't remember when. They say they'll be there between one and five or 130 and 530 and they half hour earlier but that isn't the biggest issue. I paid for white glove delivery, which was supposed to include delivery into the home, removal of the boxes and installation of the appliances. I don't even know where to begin, but I'll just say bad bad bad! The Delivery truck came Monday to deliver the microwave however, they forgot to put the microwave on the truck. So when they got to my home, it wasn't there. The first delivery of the dishwasher and the range and the microwave I found out that the microwave wasn't the kind I thought it was. The delivery man man installed the dishwasher. Thank God it doesn't leak!! But the installer got his greasy handprints all over my newly painted white cabinets! Then the man who was installing and hooking up my gas range had no idea how to hook it up. Now mind you, this is gas!! He had the gauge on the wrong end of the hose. He had no idea what he was doing. Fortunately we could not hook it up. I do believe that was a God moment so that our house wouldn't explode in flames. We finally had our contractor send his plumber to our home. He was able to hook it up correctly so that our home wouldn't explode. I finally have all my appliances. Anyone reading this should be where. I ordered stuff from a reputable vendor, then when AM sat on my materials for a month, my vendor (who offers GREAT customer service) told me "Yeah, we have a ton of problems with AM" Absolutely the worst of the worst. If the CEO ended up in the same place as the guy from United Health, no one would be surprised. If you see these guys on the delivery ticket, just cancel the order and start over. I'm posting this review to give people hope. After stressing out for a week while waiting for my couch per these Yelp reviews, I had a very successful delivery. On my scheduled delivery date, I was notified via automated phone call that my truck was an hour away. About 30 mins later, one of the drivers called to tell me they were running a bit early and to see if that worked for me. It did, they showed up, unboxed and brought my sofa inside, and placed it in my living room. They were very nice and were in and out quickly. My only complaint was that since I didn't pay for "white glove delivery", they left this HUGE box in my driveway. It took forever to break down and now I have to get rid of the cardboard. Definitely not idea. Despite the terrible reviews, I think you can get lucky with this company. Just keep your fingers crossed. Good luck! read more

On the 3rd delivery attempt (the first two times they didn't bring the right Dolly), they left my Smeg stove in the middle of my kitchen, unassembled and uninstalled. The three workers spoke enough english to protest having to bring the stove up 14 stairs (which we paid extra for) and then protested bringing in the house. AM Transportation Logistics Inc. is a horrible company to use. You give less than 24 hours notice and will only deliver during working hours. So, the customer has to lose a full day's pay to wait for a delivery. I paid an extra $175 for their AM White Glove Service and their workers left the trash at my home. The delivery was on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, and the trash is still in front of my home on Friday, November 15, 2024 at 10:12 PM. Amazon uses this company. They delivered our 75 inch TV via white glove service. They refused to set it up on my shelf and asked me if I wanted it back in the box. I live on a military installation and the one time I finally get a driver they send someone that's not even a US citizen so I can't receive it again. Wow where do I even start with these people? This is truly a series of the worst customer service experiences of my entire life. My fiancé and myself got the confirmation that they had received the bookshelf on 7/23/25. They confirmed a delivery date WITHOUT asking us for 7/31/25. My fiancé called and got ahold of someone who said we'd get another email with a different day (supposedly the following Tuesday) and nobody ever contact us. I called again the following week twice and got the same garbage from two different customer service agents in the same week. My fiancé is a physican and I am a neuroscientist - we cannot take time off to receive a delivery. We requested the delivery be done on a M/W/S/S, but each time we called (mostly me, twice a week), we got the runaround that someone will contact us, someone will contact us. Only after the 6th phone call did someone bother to tell us that our address is not on the route for M/W and they can only deliver T/Tr. That is just asinine - you are a delivery company and this is your LITERAL JOB. This went on and on - we had to get the company that we bought the bookcase from to contact someone with at least a smidge of competence in this company to schedule a delivery date. We called them again and were told that if we could not find a delivery date before the end of the week we would be charged a storage fee. The employees, one woman in particular whose name escapes me, were horribly rude to us. We are understandably angry at the runaround they are giving us, but to sass a customer on the phone is unacceptable - that woman should be fired. She got to the point that she recognized the order number and stopped trying to help us entirely. We finally got the bookshelf delivered on 8/23/25 - 30 days after they received it. Shoutout to Joe at AM who actually go this scheduled in 3 days and got us a weekend day that worked for us. That was not without its problems. I called to change the phone number associated with the order to my fiancé's so that the driver could contact the appropriate number since I was not available. Despite confirming that twice on the phone, they still called me while I was out of town and could not answer my phone. When I called the number back, the driver was also rude to me as to why I did not pick up the phone. Nor did he bother to ring the doorbell - he just called and said "I'm here." The only positive part of this experience is that it is over. The amount of stress, nonsense, and utter incompetence we have had to deal with for a month is unbelievable. If I find out I ever have to deal with these morons ever again, I will cancel my order immediately. read more

The AM Delivery was horrible and not in accordance with the 'White Glove' service I paid for. I made several attempts to receive a refund or substantial adjustment , presenting documented proof of payment for 'White Glove' Service, what White Glove includes according to the AM website, and photos of the debris left behind. The delivery men were rude and not the least bit careful, banging the new furniture into the doorway, etc. AM even told my credit card company the delivery was in accordance with the contract WHICH IT WAS NOT. I ordered an Italian fridge (SMEG) from Appliances Connection that no other vendors had in stock - and was definitely worried when I came here to read reviews. It was a fairly expensive purchase and I was concerned that I'd made a huge mistake. I'm largely writing this review to put some people (at least the ones in Denver, anyway) at ease somewhat. The tracking for AM Home Delivery & Trucking is sporadic - that is, it showed as awaiting transit in the New Jersey warehouse for a little over a week, and then updated that it was in my city (Denver), without ever having shown as in transit. About two days after landing in Denver I received a text message with a delivery date and time (June 21, between 5.30-9.30pm). I confirmed the delivery time via the automated phone message, and I was pleased as this was one day early compared to the window provided for delivery (June 22 - July 3rd). On June 21st the tracking didn't show 'Out for Delivery'. Hesitant to unload my current fridge if the new one wasn't coming, I called AM Home Delivery and waited on hold for about half an hour. The person I spoke to was very helpful and let me know that the delivery guys were one stop away, and sure enough a half hour later I received another call that said they'd be there shortly. The guys who turned up were in a truck with a random company's magnetic logo on the side - so I believe they outsource to other operations in Colorado. The two men who arrived were friendly but did not speak much English, so we corresponded in a mix of my limited Spanish and some English. While Appliances Connection included 'white glove delivery' and haul away, they did say moving my other fridge to a different part of the house would cost extra - so you may not get haul away, even though it's specified. That being said, they brought the fridge in very carefully, set it in place, and it was in good condition - no damage to the fridge, no damage to my home - which is all you can ask for, really. As others have mentioned, I was told that they couldn't take the fridge box / packaging, which is also totally not 'white glove' (even Best Buy and Lowe's take away the rubbish), but luckily we live in a city with a 'big trash day' that will remove it from the alley for free. Certainly not 'white glove delivery', but I have my appliance on time and in one piece, so I'm happy. read more

Day of delivery I received two automated calls letting me know when they would arrive. Fernando and Marvin arrived on time. They were wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the delivery. They unpacked my new washer and took lots of photos of the washer. Perfect experience! He originally sounded like someone that was going to facilitate a quick resolution of the situation, especially after I volunteered to pay to have "my appliances" picked up from their SLC, Utah facility. After a few weeks, I think I was just getting the runaround and am no closer to getting my appliances. I am now advised that AM's legal counsel has advised Robert not to release my appliances to me. I have asked to be put in touch with that legal counsel but apparently my request needs to be approved by someone before the information can be shared. While here, the AM Transportation team had me sign what I thought was a receipt request but turned out to be a disclaimer saying there was no damage done to my property (Bait and switch) My front door now needs professional repair (estimates attached) Moshe at AM Transportation told me that I would have to produce a surveillance tape to prove that his people damaged my property and apparently they told him they never touched my old refrigerator or my front door, which is a complete non-truth. I don't have a surveillance system or any recording to prove what they did, but I am an honest person and have much better things to do than create false appliance/home claims. And, why would I pay the extra $29.99 for removal if I didn't want it removed? That is a ridiculous statement from Moshe at AM. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FILM THEM IS YOU DO HIRE THEM! A bunch of liars!! Robert, please contact me or have your team contact me to resolve the damages to my home. I will be happy to update my review after a resolution. I live in a condominium. The upstairs unit purchased a dryer with a steamer which requires a water line to be installed. The company the appliance was purchased from used AM trucking to deliver and install the appliance. When AM trucking came to install the dryer, the technician did not turn the water off prior to installing the water line. The technician broke the water line while performing the installation leading to catastrophic amounts of water. The water came into my unit creating heavy loss and very unpleasant living conditions. I had an adjuster come out to my home and inspect the damages so I could provide AM trucking with an estimate to accompany the claim. AM trucking claims has been contacted by both parties. I have emailed them three seperate times, called multiple times with no answer and left a couple voice mails. This morning I got ahold of someone at the claims extension. As soon as I mentioned emails I was placed on an immediate hold following the line disconnecting shortly after. I called back two times immediately and got the voicemail both times. I need to fix the damages in my home. Please contact me and let's take care of this. read more

DO NOT USE! Just like everyone else on here, I had a horrible experience with this company. First attempt - they showed up without any notice or confirmation of delivery. The driver who called was rude and annoyed to find out that we were not home and hung up on me. When I called to speak to someone at their corporate office to reschedule, they tried to charge me a rescheduling fee, to which I fought and won. Second attempt - confirmed a time slot for Tuesday between 4pm-8pm. The driver calls me at 2pm and says he's here for the delivery. I informed him that the delivery window was 4pm-8pm and that I was working until then. He then got an attitude and told me I had two choices. Either call corporate and reschedule and pay a fee or he would just drop the package, a $5,000 couch, on my front lawn. I called corporate to complain and no one including the route manager Sasha was willing to assist. By the time I got home, I found my packages, laying in my front yard. I also had two emails from Sasha. The first was an email asking me to sign an LOA, relinquishing liability of the driver for leaving my package(s) outside. WHICH a I NEVER SIGNED OFF ON. And two a picture of the items left on my lawn with a note stating that "since they didn't receive a response from me, the driver just left the items on my lawn." WORST COMPANY EVER read more
