Do NOT use this notary. Unreliable and unprofessional who just does notarizes when he feels like…read moreit. He was a NO SHOW. Both my Wife and I stayed home on our work day to meet this Notary and 50 minutes before our appointment we received this text. "my apologies but I had to go down to Orange County for work last minute and won't be able to make it today at 11am. I do this on the side and my FT job required me to go down to the office today. My apologies. Ara" The most unprofessional notary I've ever had the pleasure of not meeting. Side job or not, you have wasted both my wife and I's time and money. We needed our forms notarized today as we have a deadline. Did not even offer to remedy the situation or reschedule. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Do NOT use this notary if you want your documents notarized in time.

Very disappointed in the service provided by this Notary. My husband and I needed some forms signed…read moreand made an appointment, not once were we told that this was something he does on the side for extra money or that he was pressed for time... we would have simply gone to someone that does this full time in an office if we knew. About 50 minutes before he is supposed to arrive, we are home waiting and we get a text saying he has work at his other job and that this is a side thing for him, so sorry he has to cancel. If this was illness or he had called the night before that would have been fine because we could have still gone to work, but to do this on a work day right before our meeting with that kind of excuse is VERY unprofessional. We have jobs too you know, with meetings that we missed in order to get this done because it was important to sign promptly. You can view the text and see in my review and my husbands since this guy is saying we are the wrong ones here and he kindly offered to come later. Only *AFTER* we expressed that we were upset did he bounce back a several minutes later offering to stop by on his way to his other job. He is saying he would have come later in his reply, but that was never mentioned in his paragraph he sent us to cancel "ah I am sorry, can we do this in the afternoon?" or anything. Enough time had passed between our text and his follow up that we were able to call around actually find another notary that was able to squeeze us in last min and had started driving to see him so we could finish and get back to work. It worked out for the best because this other place was $50 cheaper and we were in and out in 10 min! Ya goofed Sir. Maybe don't do appointments on the side if you have a full time job that will call you away last min like that, or just lie and say you are "sick" so it does not seem so insulting. ------- UPDATE Ah, Whatever this owner needs to tell himself to feel in the right I guess? We are reviewing based on our exp to warn others that they may get canceled as well, and your "kind gestures" came only after we were unhappy with your excuse. Normally I would let one review be enough from the both of us (Even though I am a human you inconvenienced as well and not attached to my husband) but after my husband reviewed we got a nice passive aggressive phone text from him saying how rude he was for not accepting him bailing. Again, Your offer to reschedule came after we were not ok with you bailing on your appointment before you were supposed to come. yelpers, take this as you like and just keep it in mind. Since he is saying he called and offered "free services" I am also including a screenshot from my husbands cell phone of his calls today. His number ends in 0096 and we were never called. He bailed and gave a crummy excuse, I am calling him out on it and rate his service poorly based on that experience. Glad he was not in charge of my papers.
