This place has got everything. MailBoxes, fax, shipping, passport and notary. For me it was live scan that brought me here. Plenty of street parking. Live scan was quick and painless. Be aware that the price for using debit/credit was several dollars more than cash. Thankfully that's how I roll so cash is no problem. The gentleman working was pleasant enough but what makes this a great review for me is the fact that he was opened 10 minutes prior to his advertised hours. Went here to drop off a package for FedEx. Older gentleman was not friendly and just motioned for me to leave it on the counter. I asked for a receipt and he told he if I want a receipt I'll have to go directly to a FedEx store. I knew this was not true but he refused to give a receipt and I was not going to leave my package without something indicating that they had taken possession of the package. I left and went to Office Depot down the street. They took the package and provided a receipt with a tracking #. Office Depot is obviously not. FedEx store. Again, this business was rude and perhaps a bit shady. Proceed with caution. read more

It was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I rented a mailbox from them for 3 months, got a package in return a few days after the agreement ended which was received and signed by an AZHM the next day I was there to pick up my package but both he and his wife denied that we ever were their customers or that they have received packages at all, only when we showed UPS Proof of Delivery the package showed up but we had to receive a huge amount scolding why it came to his address. We were expcting that they should not receive it and that way we could pick it up at the UPS office read more

$25 live scan quoted by phone. Arrive it is $57 with DOJ fee. $13 priority mail "envelope," double cost of post office, post office charges same price for a small box. I give two stars because he did take a great passport photo. read more

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE (and expensive too). I went in today with my two children (we were the only people in there) to have a six page document scanned. She walked over to scan it and the phone rang. She proceeded to have a TEN MINUTE conversation on the phone holding my documents the whole time. I'm not exaggerating - TEN MINUTES! Apparently multi-tasking in not her thing. I kept looking at the clock, telling my children to be patient, etc. And nothing, it was as if we were not even there at all. It wasn't until I interrupted her conversation and politely asked "how much longer is this going to take?" that she started the scanning process" (while still on the phone). Woah, she can multitask after all! Who knew?! She finally hung up the phone and didn't even apologize for the wait or for being so unbelievably rude! Then she charged me $5 and change and as she handed me my receipt actually uttered a very lazy "sorry about that" without even making eye contact! She wasn't even trying to ACT sincere. Don't go here, even in a pinch. read more

I went to this place to get a live scan done, which I did, the only problem was that the man who works there didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing. He had to re-scan my fingers about 3 times before they were acceptable to be submitted. I paid $74 for a pharmacy tech live scan which is pretty decent but it just took a long time. Basically, you will leave satisfied but it just might take a while. read more

This place is great. I went there today to get something taken care of and the woman assisting me was extremely fast, helpful and the price was definitely right. It was clean and organized unlike many other packing/shipping stores which I think can be a whole lot more chaotic and make you think "is my package going to get where it's going"? This place is a complete rip off. STAY AWAY. I had to print out 6 legal size color copies. He had me put my flash drive to open up 2 PSD files. He charged $3.00 for computer service. I want to thank the owner and the people who work here for being so great to me. I've had a mailbox with Pak and Ship since 2012. Sometimes, I will get a package that I absolutely need. However, there are times when I can't make it by the end of the day. The Owner (forgot his name, sorry) makes the effort of trying to fit my package in my mailbox and leaves the slip so I can sign it when I arrive later in the evening. Today, he actually took my item out of the box so he could fit it in. I can't say how much I appreciate these people and I highly recommend them for any type of service. read more

Excellent price for mailbox rental. Beats out UPS Store handily. The location is easy to get to. Inside is clean. I don't remember it ever being crowded. They have a good number of services. And whoever is at the counter is usually quick to help the customer. I even lost a key at one point and presumed I would get charged a hefty replacement fee. The owner told me not to worry about it. NOTARY SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I had to go up there 3 times for correctionS. The first and second time I dealt with a female. I was informed that anyone notarizing in California knows to attach a jurat form. She didn't. I had to go back up there again for the form. The second time, she signed with the WRONG date. The date she witnessed the signature on was different. She should have done another one with the current date. At the end of that visit, she wanted to CHARGE ME to fax the documents that SHE MADE MULTIPLE ERRORS to begin with; although she is the reason why the documentation was filled out incorrectly. She finally agreed to faxing it for free, but she was only going to fax the jurat form and the signature page and not all of the documents. I did not give her any attitude and I was very pleasant both visits. I returned a THIRD time, because the signature witness date has to match with the jurat form. Once again, someone qualified to notarize would know these things. When I went back to get it corrected, a man was there, who made the corrections. I would hate to say she was intentionally doing making mistakes. But maybe she was having a bad day the first time and the second time. I expect you to get it correct instead of waste my time, money, and gas. Please go to a real PostalAnnex servicer if you want notarizing done correctly the first time. read more

I just rented a mailbox there and it is cheaper than the UPS store, service is good. I have 24 hour access which is very convenient.
