I came here to get one document printed and scanned. I send an email before I got there to pls print I'll pick it up at 430 pm it wasn't printed. Manager was rude and had an attitude the whole time I kept telling I am on a lunch break but it took forever to do a print the. I said I need to sign and scan it too. She started helping another customer. Zero empathy. She kept saying when I told her that I need to do this real quick and get back to work I won't be able to even eat lunch if she's so slow she deliberately took forever to print and scan my document threatened to call cops on me cause I got frustrated but I was sitting there I felt discriminated due to having a bit of an accent. She lost a customer there and because of her I am giving her one star She should have had empathy. Try to be fast and reassuring she'll get it done quickly. I didn't appreciate how I was treated. At the end I only got my print not even my scan. Really not cool. That's not how you treat customers during Christmas holidays. read more

This is my home based UPS its not even by my house we just enjoy this location. They also have a notary on site for any signing needs. There is a small parking lot in front and they are extremely fast. They get customers in and out and are so polite with my millions of questions. I would say they are reasonably priced with sending out packages and purchasing products. They help with exactly what you need and go above and beyond. read more

This location is great! They moved here maybe a year ago and the lot is smaller than the one they had been in, but there are still about a dozen spaces or so. Be sure to drive down Orange Grove and to turn in the driveway from that street since their parking is on the southwest side of the building. I come here a lot for Amazon returns and the gentlemen inside are always very fast and friendly. I appreciate how helpful they are and their positivity. Thank you to the staff at this location for always being so nice to me and welcoming. I will keep coming back for sure. I do wish they were opened on Sundays, but 6 days a week is fine. :) read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this UPS Store. For the second time, a package I paid to ship has been lost--and the experience trying to get a resolution has been nothing short of frustrating. I've been given the runaround for two weeks now, with no clear answers, accountability, or real effort to make it right. It's beyond disappointing to pay for a service, trust your items will be handled with care, and then have to deal with delays, confusion, and ultimately a missing package. What's the point of using a professional shipping service if I can't rely on it to do the most basic part--deliver? Went into the UPS store because I wanted to mail off some tax paperwork. The woman working the counter had no clue if they mailed documents to PO Box's, so she turned around to ask Ruth if we did. Ruth answered her question without looking at her. When I asked a follow up question (do you know who mails to PO Boxes) aimed at Ruth she ignored me and the woman at the counter. Her behavior was unprofessional. I don't think I will ever be going back there. Ruth's service was poor to say the very least! Do better. read more

If you go through this store do yourself a favor and video tape yourself dropping it off. Received a receipt 3/21/2023 with a tracking number. According to UPS customer service the item hasn't left the store was never shipped, told to call the store, called the store spoke with their useless manager Gus who told me my business with them was done, needed to file a claim with UPS or Amazon, was super unhelpful and when I tried to get specifics told me to wait another week because it can take 3-5 weeks before a credit is processed on Amazon. Recommended customer service training since he was quick to reply and get interrupted along with the rude associate I spoke with before. Called UPS corporate and was told the shipping take 24 hours and that is not correct that a 3-5 week shipping timeframe exists. Now reporting this store, emailing corporate and all because someone couldn't be more helpful and just handle this more professionally. *see below - that's who you're dealing with. This location is terrible. I was there today, returning two items that I had purchased on Amazon.. The UPS clerk stated I needed two separate QR codes for the return. I thought it was strange, but I contacted Amazon and they gave me two QR codes. When I got the two QR codes per Her request I went to her so she can check me in and I can make my return, she told me that I have to go stand in line again and wait for my turn. I will never visit the store again. I just wasted 30 minutes trying to get her 2 QR code because she didn't feel like putting the boxes in one big one. read more

The worst carrier ever. Tried to call them several times. Their phone can't find trucking numbers, and phone line disconnects automatically for no reason. Is taking over a week to get my package. I needed something to be printed very fast and I stopped by here. The workers here are very friendly and helpful. I needed about 5 pages of print and they were so detailed that when they saw some of the papers have small marks on them they offered to print a new set just to make sure I'm satisfied. I believe it was $1.50 for up to 10 pages, sorry I don't remember the exact number of pages. But I do remember that it was affordable and I walked out very happy. The older gentleman who is presumably the supervisor/manager is extremely rude and outright disrespectful. He made me feel as if I was committing a crime by visiting his store. Even my 10 year old asked me why he was being so rude. They constantly lose our packages and hold our packages for up to a month before sending them out. The workers are also friendly and from what I can tell they do a good job with helping each customer. There's also plenty of parking in the complex so you'll never have an issue finding a spot. The only suggestion that I have would be to put markers down on the floor so that customers are spaced out while they wait to safely protect everyone from the potential of getting COVID-19. read more

The store workers and manager are young, obnoxious young guys with no regard for their customers. They are rude and unhelpful. They act like they are doing you a favor to answer a question or help. Over and over I've heard them be condescending to a customer, act exasperated at a customer needing help and watched them comment and laugh at customers behind their back. Went in for an Amazon return. Asked if they can toss my phone sized box away and the guy said NO. When I asked if the manager can come because I simply couldn't understand why they wouldn't just toss it away, a twenty something guy came from the back and yelled "what's your problem." I was flabbergasted by this attitude. I left the box on the counter and just left. This guy followed me all the way to my car all the while threatening me to pick up the box. He even uttered the words "I know where to live." At this point, no way in hell I was going to pick up anything. I really hope the manger can get in contact with me. I even went across the street to the Burbank PD. Unfortunately, due to the times we live in, there wasn't anything that they could do; the verbal threat being of most consequence. ----- The owner Yelp emailed me and instead of apologizing for his employees rude behavior actually tried to give me lip on how I was the one being rude. You didn't expect me not to say anything when he was talking about my husband right? The fact that he didn't not know he was with me surprised him when I told him the person his calling stupid idiot is my husband. I also told him that he needed to be professional since his working and him discussing what he said to another employee shows there's no professionalism in this facility. As an owner of the business Gus did nothing and he just stood there and watch. I asked Narciso for the corporates number in respond he told me he did not have the corporates number , he did not know it and he does not need to know it either. Gus who is the owner did nothing until I read his badge stating his the owner and I told him how no one have the corporate number only then he provided me with Narciso business card and he wrote the corporates number. By the way the person responded to my review shows how lack of professionalism this person is as well. You guys don't know how to resolve any problems instead you protect and cover each other up. The fact that you mention other customers involvement who's not involve shows a lot. You can show the footage of the video if you have one to the corporate so they can watch it and better guide you as a business owner of how to handle situations and how to solve any issue instead of creating more issue.
