I had a total of 4 different vendors provide quotes and discuss the problem with me. Turns out there was only 1 downspout handling the entire side of our house. Wood & Wood was great to communicate with (much of it via email and photos which was just fine for going back and forth on some smaller details) and they had the best price. They came and were very quick to remove the old gutter install a new length of gutter and the new downspout and clean up everything. And considering I was at work while they did all the work I really wouldn't have known they had been there at all!
