The spray coating was poor (absorbed coating unevenly) and sprayed up onto the garage doors. Agreed to recoat and clean the doors. Recoat was better but uneven due to persistent nozzle fouling. Accidentally sprayed me ruining T-shirt and jeans. Sent 2 people with the "wrong" solvent to clean the doors, door trim, siding, concrete and decorative wall stone. Rinsed rags in lawn..had to dig out & replant. Most overspray was removed but so was some of the lower garage door paint. Sought Overhead Door qualified painter ($700). DG owner negotiated lower price from someone else ($300)....unknown expertise. Its now 31 days trying to correct the problems they created. I recommend you NOT do business with Driveway Guys.

They were at our house within 24 hours and gave us what we feel was a very reasonable estimate to remove and replace our roof. The job was scheduled promptly and the work was 99% completed in one day with a crew of 8 who worked almost non-stop the entire day. They were obviously very experienced and we were impressed how they all worked cooperatively and efficiently. They cleaned up several times and even sent someone the following day to go around the house searching for nails or debris. We entered into contract with this company in December of 2018 to install a new roof which included…read morea ridge vent (for ventilation). On the day the new roof was installed we arrived home from work after dark to a dumpster filled with old roofing material and on the top of the pile was quite a few empty beer cans and beer boxes, I knew this was a bad sign so I took photos of this. 3 months later the entire roof leaked because they forgot to put the water and ice barrier down. They also did not install the ridge vent (we questioned this via email and the owners response was he couldn't because of the pitch of the roof which is rediculous, you can put a ridge vent on any roof!) Due to the lack of ventilation it caused black mold in the entire attic. They came to fix it by installing the water/ice barrier material that they forgot to put on in march of 2019 but still did not install a ridge vent which is needed to vent air into the attic. I repeatedly voiced my concerns to the owner about the mold and he emailed me that it wasn't mold, just algae and it would dry up. Its now 14 months later (and we now have become very educated on roof ventilation) after several emails back and fourth to the owner and a final phone call to him which he became extremely belligerent, told me it's not his fault and told me to F off and hung up on me. We now have hired a very expensive mold abatement company and also had to pay a new professional roofing contractor to install a ridge vent which was in my contract with JS&R Roofing. Such a nightmare!!!
