Cost of the work was much lower than others I looked into and I will use Derek again in the future, although our solar panels weren't as dirty as they have been in the past and it also rained a couple days before Derek was out, once Derek professionally cleaned them our solar produces about 8% more, probably more than that if it wasn't overcast and foggy in the mornings. Regardless, I sent pictures and detailed instructions (also including pictures) on exactly what I wanted done to my yard. Time after time for over one year, this company fell short of my expectations. I wish I could say better, but I just cannot. I asked for one bougainvillea to be cut more like a tree and I supplied pictures, but that didn't get done - at all. They didn't even try. Another bougainvillea needed to be pulled, something I asked to be done, but there just seems to be a disconnect between the manager and the employees, either in skill or communication.
