Obviously deep cleaning is just the first time, but the second time, standard stuff like dusting was missed in a lot of locations. They did a solid job on the floors and bathrooms, which were noticeably clean, so I know the capability is there. That said, for a $600 "deep clean", I expected a similar result for all areas cleaned. Additionally, their staff arrived 2 hours late with less staff than promised, and their crew visibly looked and performed exhausted (likely from working a full 8 hour shift before arriving). Several areas were clearly missed (basic surface dusting, blind stains I paid extra for, basic wall/door spot cleaning I paid extra for) and I ended up having to clean behind them, which is pretty frustrating when you're paying a premium price. I'd encourage the team to be more thorough on future visits and do a final walkthrough before wrapping up. Right now, the price doesn't match the result.

I have 3 large dogs that shed everywhere and a newborn in the house. They do a very good job of cleaning everything and using products that are safe for pets and kids! They don't leave until you are satisfied with the cleaning and reassure you if there is anything that they missed that you come across later, to let them know so they can ensure they get it next time. I have stayed home with my baby for the cleanings and just have them do the floor that I am not on. They have been very respectful of that and make sure they are quite around the baby if he is sleeping. The prices are very affordable! I cannot speak for all of the cleaners, but Jozef has done an amazing job and is thorough and efficient. He also went out of his way to used a product they don't normally use that I requested to deep clean my counter's grout. I would highly recommend using them for your cleaning needs!
