We finally scheduled for him to meet with us at 2pm on a Friday but told him I'd be busy moving furniture that day and will give him updates. Mark the owner is very hard to get a hold of, that should've been our first red flag, but we still went through with making an appointment based on the raving reviews on here. He also had the soonest availability within a couple weeks whereas most gutter installation companies were 2-3 months out. The day of the appointment his subcontractors were over 30 minutes late - don't mind if they have a later start just wish they would've called to let us know. We thought they were gonna be a no show and Mark wasn't answering his calls or texts. During their visit, we were asking questions because we were curious - we know nothing about gutters so we naturally just had questions to clarify how things were being installed and how things work. One of the guys Oscar was unfortunately very defensive and argumentative and raised his voice at us. It was very uncomfortable. He thought we were questioning his skills and knowledge - that was not the case at all. He yelled at us saying "I've been doing this for # of years." We are paying a good amount of money and naturally have questions on how things work. Why is that a problem? Although the end product was a good installation, we would not recommend this company.
