There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big, but the lot does get full very quickly since they share the lot with a lot of medical offices. Some parking spots are smaller than others, so watch out! Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, welcoming, informative, and funny. Seriously, from the receptionists to the MRI techs, everyone was phenomenal. I like how the MRI techs walk you through what you'll experience before the exam starts. They also have a changing room / locker room for you to change and leave your stuff in. They have a nice mini waiting room inside with a bathroom and water dispenser once you exit the main waiting room. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum, but they charge 3% if you use your credit card.

Office management: The front staff/receptionist needs major training on how to treat and speak to patients. They do not have any compassion, courtesy or respect for their elderly patients. They are dismissive and condescending. Staff: I'm sure you would not be too happy if your parents were treated the way you treat the patients that come into this facility. I do not recommend this place. Advocate for your parents. Be very selective, there are choices out there, be diligent and do your homework. Don't settle for this kind of service. Our parents deserve better. Being disrespected and spoken poorly by this front desk staff is never an option. I DO NOT recommend!

Labcorp - Very unprofessional to just post this when patients have a difficult time walking to this location just to get turned away.

Long story short, my endocrinologist sent me here for another round of bloodwork because apparently, some key results were mysteriously missing from my last lab report. Where did you guys hide my A1C results? Is A1C trafficking becoming a thing now? Who knows, but it was crucial for my diabetes screening, so here I am at Labcorp--Huntington Dr., Arcadia--ready for my vampire session. Now, I know this location gets a lot of hate, but let me just say, my experience was surprisingly smooth. For context, I'm in cancer remission and also dealing with diabetes, and trying to survive life without my thyroid (fun times, right?..not...lol). Anyway, Made an appointment, went there bright and early, I was greeted by a young gentleman at the counter who quickly confirmed my paperwork and got me set up. No more than 5 minutes later, just when my bum is getting warmed up and comfortable--- boom--tech comes out and calls my full name. (Me: What did I do now?) After a few chit-chats about the weather and how many vials of blood she's drained since the crack of dawn, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Total pro move. Two vials of blood later, I was done and back to my day, leaving behind a small portion of my soul, trapped in two rinky-dink vials Look, I get the frustration from other reviews, but for me, everything went off without a hitch, and I have to give credit where it's due. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process feel a lot less dreadful. Would I be back? Probably, as long as the same awesome people are working there. Fingers crossed! P.S. Parking here is amazing--they've got a huge lot! Unlike those LA Labcorp locations where parking is basically a game of "find the needle in the haystack." No need to fear meter maids either--they're like parking vultures who can spot an expired meter from a mile away. Seriously, it's like they're part bloodhounds lol

I actually called the office to make sure I wouldn't get lost, and the receptionist who answered was incredibly sweet and reassuring. She even tried to help guide me to the right place. The office is located on the third floor in Suite 303. Once you walk in, you simply check in if you have an appointment and then take a seat. I waited about 15 minutes before being called, which wasn't bad. The person who did my blood work was very kind and gentle. The facility itself is quite cold, so I recommend bringing a jacket. Other than that, the whole process was smooth and easy, and my results came back within a day. I really appreciate that you can check your results online and that they provide clear explanations for each value with a color-coded sliding scale--it makes everything very easy to understand. Overall, this location is so much better than the one in Alhambra, which was always a mess. From now on, I'll definitely be coming here instead.

Office experience-NOT GOOD, FAIL! I was late for a 2:30pm…read moreappointment & had to be there at 2:10 or 2:15. It was supposed to be a 25 minute drive but it took me almost an hour due to traffic & road construction. It also took another 10 minutes or so before I got called to the front desk, the line was too slow. THEIR FRONT DESK SYSTEM NEEDS TO IMPROVE. I was already stressed out because I fasted, was very thirsty, was in pain & was late. I don't think a patient who needs to have an important ultrasound done would purposely be late for this appt. The front desk person who helped me, right away "SCOLDED" me for being late. I was already on edge to begin with. As I was explaining why I was late even if I DID GIVE myself plenty of time, 1 hour, to get there at 2:10pm she took on this condescending manner towards me & continued to lecture me as if I were a child. She said "that's why you have to give yourself a plenty of time for the appointment." DUH!!! I live 15 miles away, gave myself an hour or so to get there. In short, appointment was cancelled. Unfortunately, sometimes s**t happens! I prepared for it, I fasted, didn't have any water & certainly did not foretell that there would be road construction & traffic. Maybe next time I will give myself 2 hours to get there. Also, I worked as a front desk receptionist too & in customer service before & the attitude she had was/is absolutely not acceptable. I was not able to get her name because I was very upset. She was the young asian girl/lady with long black hair. She needs to be very careful & considerate to patients. She has no idea what the patients are going through. I am not asking for extra understanding, patience & consideration. I am asking for respect. I am always understanding & patient with front desk people like her because I know the nature of their job. I have never complained nor was I ever rude to any medical front desk receptionist ever! This lady or this girl had attitude & was condescending to me. I called her out & she said she wasn't condescending, just explaining. Yeah right! I just wanted to get out of there right away so I was not able to get her name. If she does not understand the nature of her job, the nature of the industry she's in, what it takes to deal with PATIENTS, perhaps she needs to undergo more training or get another job. She is dealing with people that may have a lot of pain AND or serious medical conditions, the last thing we need is to be scolded. I am not going back there and deal with rudeness. 1 star because their front desk system is/was INEFFECTIVE and since I was not able to interact with anyone else but her & IT WAS NOT GOOD.

Terrible experience and poor service…read more I went to my orthopedic doctor appointment today and brought the MRI CD from this DMG location with me. My orthopedic doctor told me the CD was empty and that there was no report on the disc at all. He suggested that I go back to DMG to either ask for a refund of the $15 fee or at least get a printed copy of the report. I arrived at DMG around 2 PM. Unfortunately, the staff members were not very helpful or friendly. They simply told me to sit and wait while they checked the issue. I had another appointment at 3:30 PM, so after waiting for about 30 minutes with no update, I had to go back and ask what was going on because I didn't want to miss my next appointment. They told me they were making a new CD and that I needed to give them time. I explained again that I had another appointment at 3:30 PM, but they just kept telling me to wait. Eventually, they gave me a new CD, but honestly, I didn't want to risk another problem. So I asked if I could also get a printed copy of the MRI report in case the CD still didn't work. The staff member initially told me they don't provide paper copies. I was confused because clearly they are able to send the report to my family doctor, so why can't I, as the patient, get a copy of my own report? After going to the back office, they finally gave me both a new CD and a printed copy of the report. But honestly, why is asking for my own MRI report treated like I did something wrong? I was sitting there waiting for over an hour for the CD after the MRI screening in March 2026, and ended up they gave me an empty CD? Does it make any sense?

The only suggestion maybe if they will accept is at least is review their advertising so it doesn't disappoint. Thank you Leila for being considerate and understanding . Truly grateful. Thank you
