I give "ZERO STARS" for the service provided to me 2/26/26. How do you schedule a patient appointment at 7am, get patient reminder of expectations day prior, I arrive before 7 am all prepared, checks in, yet the technician/employee arrives LATE 40 minutes later to perform her job and still has the audacity to walk in slowly chatting on her cell having a personal conversation that she just got to work!!! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone! I asked for a backup ultrasound technician, and they had NO ONE!!! They showed they don't care about us the customers!!! I prepared! Notified my job! Fasted! Skipped all my AM medications to avoid jeopardizing my ultrasound! It took less than 10 minutes but I ended up leaving this UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE feeling SO WEAK, DRAINED AND UPSET!!!!!!! I asked for office manager to address this but at this point it doesn't matter!!! It's a given they DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS' TIME/EFFORTS!!! ALL the STRESS THIS OFFICE PUT ME THROUGH! It also took me an ADDITIONAL HOUR extra than my usual time to get to work! I had to explain to my job reason for my arriving later than expected!!! This office is SOOOO INCONSIDERATE. I just read other reviews and they better NOT BE MESSING UP WITH ULTRASOUND RESULTS & BILLING!!! I WOULD HATE to do this all over again!!! The office employees are blessed to have a job but THEY DON'T DESERVE IT!!! I hope I don't have to do it again but if I do, I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE!!!!

There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big, but the lot does get full very quickly since they share the lot with a lot of medical offices. Some parking spots are smaller than others, so watch out! Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, welcoming, informative, and funny. Seriously, from the receptionists to the MRI techs, everyone was phenomenal. I like how the MRI techs walk you through what you'll experience before the exam starts. They also have a changing room / locker room for you to change and leave your stuff in. They have a nice mini waiting room inside with a bathroom and water dispenser once you exit the main waiting room. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum, but they charge 3% if you use your credit card.

Office management: The front staff/receptionist needs major training on how to treat and speak to patients. They do not have any compassion, courtesy or respect for their elderly patients. They are dismissive and condescending. Staff: I'm sure you would not be too happy if your parents were treated the way you treat the patients that come into this facility. I do not recommend this place. Advocate for your parents. Be very selective, there are choices out there, be diligent and do your homework. Don't settle for this kind of service. Our parents deserve better. Being disrespected and spoken poorly by this front desk staff is never an option. I DO NOT recommend!

I am a high risk patient and I was told I have to be checked every six months. And when you call the number nobody answers the phone. Just recording saying they're the best. Very frustrating. They advertise they are number one facility. Arcadia is an affluent community. It's a shame the service here is so bad. I can give it a zero if I could. I will never , never go back to this place. I just hope I don't get a bad diagnosis. This place is so bad. And I heard I'm not the only one complaining. Very sad. Edit : I just spoke with Leila (director) of the center. She was apologetic. I really appreciate it very much that she reached out to me. I know it's not their fault. This is the first time that this happened. I explained to her it was out of frustration but talking to her at least made me feel we as patients are able to express ourselves. Staff are actually great . The only suggestion maybe if they will accept is at least is review their advertising so it doesn't disappoint. Thank you Leila for being considerate and understanding . Truly grateful. Thank you

Terrible experience and poor service…read more I went to my orthopedic doctor appointment today and brought the MRI CD from this DMG location with me. My orthopedic doctor told me the CD was empty and that there was no report on the disc at all. He suggested that I go back to DMG to either ask for a refund of the $15 fee or at least get a printed copy of the report. I arrived at DMG around 2 PM. Unfortunately, the staff members were not very helpful or friendly. They simply told me to sit and wait while they checked the issue. I had another appointment at 3:30 PM, so after waiting for about 30 minutes with no update, I had to go back and ask what was going on because I didn't want to miss my next appointment. They told me they were making a new CD and that I needed to give them time. I explained again that I had another appointment at 3:30 PM, but they just kept telling me to wait. Eventually, they gave me a new CD, but honestly, I didn't want to risk another problem. So I asked if I could also get a printed copy of the MRI report in case the CD still didn't work. The staff member initially told me they don't provide paper copies. I was confused because clearly they are able to send the report to my family doctor, so why can't I, as the patient, get a copy of my own report? After going to the back office, they finally gave me both a new CD and a printed copy of the report. But honestly, why is asking for my own MRI report treated like I did something wrong? I was sitting there waiting for over an hour for the CD after the MRI screening in March 2026, and ended up they gave me an empty CD? Does it make any sense?

I was worried after seeing the poor ratings and hoping my experience will be okay. Thankfully it was more than okay! When I called to book an appointment, I spoke with a nice staff (forgot her name) and she booked my appointment after checking I was in the system and obtaining my insurance information. After booking, I received a text message to complete some forms prior to my appointment - which took a few quick minutes. Appointment is approaching within a few days, I get a text with address info, my appointment date and time and what my copay will be. Plus, to confirm my appointment. I forgot about this text and they called me later that day for verbal confirmation. The appointment day comes and I have an early 9am morning appointment. The reminder does mention to come 20 minutes earlier. Parking in the morning is okay, but I can imagine it getting full for afternoon appointments. They open at 9, but people are there before 9 because 1st come 1st serve basis for their X-RAYS, etc. but for US it's by appointment, so I was seen right at the dot after checking in. I did have to fill out a form to provide my updated address and also paid for my copay before going in. The US technician was Sage and she was friendly, quick and got me out in 15 minutes. No frills! Overall, a positive experience and I believe they are trying their best to serve their customers to their best of their ability. Imaging centers always have a wait but I'm so glad they honor the services that has appointments scheduled!

I was number 34. When they call your number you give your ID and Insurance card. They give you a cup and you do your urine sample in the public restroom outside the clinic and you HOLD ON TO IT. Then they call your name to go in for your blood to be drawn. Start to finish, I was there for exactly 2 hours. They were organized in the way they handled the huge amount of people. They had 2 nurses inside taking blood. One nurse handling the intake. And another doing Misc organizing/managing. I have gone here in the afternoon once before and it was very quick and everything was done inside the clinic. I just think Saturday mornings are just extremely busy for them. Having appointments would be helpful, but they do things smoothly for the amount of people they're seeing in a day.
