We all enjoyed our meals. The servings were all very big and very reasonably priced. They also gave us free macarons at the end of the night. The waiters were really sweet but my only complaint is that the service was super slow. Our dinner took 2 hours, mostly because it took a long time for us to order and for our food to come out.

It's the best breakfast I've had. In the USA or anywhere in Mexico. We went with the Maximus Omelettes and shared the carrot cake pancakes. If you're ever here you have to try them. Those pancakes blew our minds. Granted my husband and I are both carrot cake lovers but even if you're not they're amazing. They aren't overly sweet and the tart sliced green apple they're topped with balances everything beautifully. Before our omelettes came out our server brought over some freshly toasted wheat bread and a banana jam I had never tried before. That jam has been on my mind even a week after we visited. I wish we would've bought some to go. Imagine banana bread but in a jam form on top of beautiful crispy warm bread. I'd never had anything like it. Big bonus if you're tired of the heat and humidity they have indoor seating with AC. If you prefer being outside they have outside seating as well. Eating here felt like a warm food hug. I love making fresh salads everyday and eating their smoked salmon and roast meats. We always stay in tower 4 so we just come down here for brunch then onto the pool. I'll take pics of the buffet next time. I always forget because I come here feeling hungry that I forget to take pics. This cafe will always be my favorite. Great service and friendly peeps.
