Danielle and her team exceeded our expectations from day 1! Her level of organization is something that I could never achieve, and all of the small details that she incorporates are so necessary but definitely would've been forgotten by a bride/groom trying to plan their own wedding! We are so grateful that Danielle and AEC were able to make our day so seamless, stress free, and truly beautiful. Our guests told us all night how amazing everything was, and we owe that to Danielle! Danielle was so patient, kind, and organized - especially with all the little changes we threw at her with days leading up to the wedding. We could not imagine our wedding without Danielle and her team. Again, we are so thankful that she was our #1 gal for the month of - especially day before and day of! We felt so confident in Danielle's skills and organization that whatever curveball was thrown at her - she would handle with grace and confidence. Oh my goodness! There are too many good things to say about Mrs. Danielle Seagraves! When my husband and I were looking for a venue, we did not know anything about coordinating a wedding at all. All I knew was, I did not want to worry about anything the day of! When Danielle was recommended to us, I contacted her right away and she was already super lovely to work with. She is a PROFESSIONAL!! I cannot thank her enough for dealing with my stressful moments as a bride just wanting everything to be perfect. She takes over everything a month out, and let me tell you future couples that you will enjoy this month leading up to your wedding day so much. Danielle finds details that you are missing, and she brings everything together like a puzzle piece! Her company also has rentals that you can use, less things for you and your spouse to worry about! The AEC staff is fantastic as well!!! There are so much, but the most important thing is Danielle's energy and the way she keeps you calm even if it is pouring down on your wedding day. True story. My husband and I are so grateful to have worked with her.

My wife Mary and I feel so lucky that we found Danielle to help us execute our dream wedding! She exceeded our expectations in every way and I would strongly recommend her services to any of my friends and family. Mary and I had already planned some of the larger elements, but my wife convinced me to look into Danielle to take over for the final month of planning and logistics, as well as execution day-of. We were highly impressed with Danielle, starting with the very first meeting: when we got off that first VTC with her (we live in New Mexico currently, but got married in Sacramento), I looked over at Mary and said "Damn, she's good!" I'm a pilot who plans combat exercises for the Air Force, and Danielle's abundantly clear sense of organization and attention-to-detail were exactly what I wanted in a planner. This was a huge relief to me and inspired high confidence in Danielle. This continued to be borne out in every single interaction we had with her through our reception's end! All the small details she seems to effortlessly nail are so necessary, but definitely could be dropped by a stressed bride and groom trying to do it all themselves: we weren't stressed, felt confident, and not once was something missed or executed sloppily. Everything was on-point, on-time, and beautiful! Additionally, it was deeply impressive how completely and quickly Danielle got on the same page with Mary and I's vision for a Gatsby-esque/art deco aesthetic. Danielle really listened to our ideas and did an excellent job providing suggestions to help best make that a reality. Of note, we wanted to do a rather tall champagne tower: Danielle attacked the request eagerly though the size of what we wanted was a new challenge for her. It ended up being a beautiful centerpiece and event that some of our guests still continue to rave about! At the end of the day, Danielle's planning made our wedding better and more beautiful than we had ever hoped: and all this she made seamlessly stress-free too! Danielle was incredible! She helped us every step of the way from our very first 1-hour consultation meeting to being our day-of-event coordinator for our engagement party. For the past four months, we had several meetings over Zoom to discuss timelines and checklists. Danielle made our day run as smoothly as possible and made sure we had nothing to worry about on the day of the event so we could enjoy the party with all of our family and friends! We still look back at all the photos and videos and get teary-eyed. The whole day was a blur, but Danielle was making the biggest impact. There were times when Danielle would grab us an appetizer, drinks, or desserts, or make sure we got our couple photo from the photo booth. These acts may seem so small, but were pivotal as our attention was being pulled left and right that we would have forgotten to eat or drink anything. We completely underestimated the experience, and were so overwhelmed by joy, that having Danielle there was a Godsend. Overall everything worked out. But there was a little hiccup with my chair rental. In March I…read morecalled and reserved 35 wooden chairs. Since rental places in Arnold (where my wedding was) are limited I spoke with someone who said we could pick up the chairs on Friday and return Sunday/Monday. Perfect! One thing to cross off the list. I received the invoice via email and was relieved. In August I get a phone call to confirm my chairs. They were doing inventory and had a large event Friday and I could no longer pick them up the night before and wouldn't be available until late Saturday morning. Knowing that it would be my family (the father and brother of the bride) picking them up I was very upset. After a few phone calls we were assured that they would be available by 9am Saturday. Still not what I was promised but they made it work! Also Friday we were doing counts of tablecloths and realized we were short a few. I was able to call and reserve some to be picked up with the chairs. That was perfect. Again, everything worked out but did cause a little stress. Thanks again. Updated: Wow. I didn't know you drove my brother. Thank you!!!

I ordered 20 tables, 150 chairs, umbrellas and a pop up tent from this company for my moms…read morecelebration of life. (Spending close to $2,000.) The night before the event they brought the tent and it was extremely dirty (pictures attached.) The tent tarp also was 10 feet bigger than the base so it was sunken in. When I called I was told I would get refunded for the tent because they actually knew it wasn't the right size. Plus the condition it was in. It has now almost been a month, I've reached out twice and have gotten no response. I didn't mind the tables being in poor shape because at least they were covered by linens. Or the chairs that had rust stains, because I could at least clean that up. Overall I had a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to this company.

My problem was I had no idea if I'd have 30 or 100 guests and I just moved here and had zero connections and a few bad experiences with local companies not calling back. Not long after I handed the planning over to someone who lived 3 hrs away and hoped everything would fall into place. When I went to her showroom months later to pay Genice spent time showing me all the treasures she had to throw parties from vintage crystal luncheon trays to mismatched silverware. I could tell she was someone that truly loved helping others figure out what they like and then gets joy out of helping them make their dreams come true. The night of my birthday party Genice and her team were hired to help serve and clean up. But Genice went beyond this... Several times she was seen scooping someone up by the arm and leading them to the dance floor. She wanted to make sure everyone was having fun. She helped me be a better host which was so unexpected. She has a contagious smile and a warm personality. She has chosen the right business and I wish her all the success in the world. I would definitely give Genice a call or text if you're planning a party of any size and prepare to be impressed!!

She made sure i had everything and kept it organized. We had a great time laughing and keeping things light so there was no stress. I recommend her services and rentals for any event. Also The air conditioned bathroom we rented for the event was absolutely amazing. They supply it all. Cant wait to come up with another event so i can work with her again!!
