This is very frustrating for someone who has to get to work and made time, and was on time for an appointment. Second, the forms were abundant and redundant. Then the intake person asked the same questions on the forms. Then the Dr. and the PA asked the same questions asked by the intake person and the original forms. Last, the Dr. was attentive, kind, caring and apologetic for the wait. My mom really liked him, and so did I. His bedside manner is top notch! He was able to help short term, while we wait until another appointment for hopefully a longer term solution. Hopefully his solutions will allow my mom to live a pain free life. TBD.
