My wife and I recently decided to downsize and sell our home. We had lived in our home for 27 years and are empty nesters. I worked with Amanda to sell a condo and buy a single family home and have only positive experience to share. Amanda positions her business as a small boutique that is very customer oriented. I still think that Amanda and her team was a blessing from above and cannot believe I am a proud home owner in one of the craziest real estate markets in America. My first step was to sell a condo. During my first meeting with Amanda it was clear what needs to happen before the listing and what kind of repairs are needed to get done to get the best interest in the condo from buyers. Amanda also recommended a contractor (along with many other contacts for windows, carpets, hardwood floors, etc. I think I walked away with 10 new contacts in my phone). In 3 weeks the work in the condo was done and it went live on the market. Almost forgot - Amanda staged the condo saying it is crucial and makes a big difference during showing. And it did! After 2 open house weekends it was in contract and sold in 10 days. I also received all the documents from the sale on a single CD from Amanda's office. Yay for not keeping extra 10 lbs of paper in the home office. After this we moved on to the more difficult part - finding the right home.
