So when the time came to pick a realtor I was extremely picky because I needed someone who was willing to work as hard as I had to get a house that would make the past two years of grinding worth it. I found a house that the inspector almost talked me out of, the appraiser undervalued the house and after negotiations with the buyer to make up the difference in the price the appraiser still wouldn't let the house go until all the "issues" were fixed because he happened to be at the property the same time as the inspector which led to me starting the process with an entire new lender because I. Plus not make this appraiser happy... eventually we were able to satisfy the appraisers ridiculous expectations though it was after my locked in rate had expired.
