Joanna is their dip specialist and she is a nail artist sent from heaven. I spent around 3.5-4 hours there, but it was worth every minute. She is a perfectionist who will not leave a single nail with a flaw. I came in with the worst nails: bitten, jagged, overgrown and frayed cuticles.
