If you don't use it you look as if you don't care about potential clients. Lastly if you have the opportunity to double end a one million dollar property it might be worth it to check your system and return peoples inquiries. I will not use Century 21 Premier on the basis of the appearance that they don't return calls or keep up with the technology that they themselves have implemented as a way to communicate with potential buyers.

Katie (and her Mom) will bend over backwards to get the deal done. They have also become close personal friends of mine over the years. They never fail to jump in and get the deal, every time. There's no such thing as a bump in the road, because it's smooth sailing each time. Michelle sold my first home in Corona 2012 and Katie sold my second home in 2014, Katie and Michelle helped helped me get my Norco in 2014 (and it was a short sale, screamin' deal! with box stalls for my horses etc). In 2018, they helped me sell our small vacation property in Crestline with a very complicated 1031 exchange, and then helped us buy two investment property homes in Joshua Tree/29 Palms the same year.
