My experience with this real estate agency started off positive, but unfortunately ended with a significant amount of frustration. During my home purchase, I relied on the inspector referred to me through the agency. One year after closing, I discovered a major roof leak, and a roofing professional determined that the underlayment had more than likely been failing for years and showed visible signs that could have been noticed during the buying process. While I understand that real estate agents can't control every aspect of a home inspection, I expected more support and guidance when such a large issue was uncovered. I reached out hoping the agency would help facilitate communication with the seller or at least acknowledge the severity of what was missed, but the response felt dismissive and didn't offer any meaningful assistance. The process left me feeling like once the sale closed, the level of care dropped dramatically. Buying a home is a major investment, and in my opinion, first time buyers should be encouraged to get specialized inspections--especially for roofs--rather than relying solely on general home inspectors. The staff was polite, but based on the outcome and the lack of support afterward, my experience was ultimately disappointing. I recommend that future buyers be proactive in getting additional professional inspections to avoid costly surprises and understand that this agency seems to not care about previous customers. read more

My experience with trillion real estate was very disappointing. I hired them for a rent out for a condominium in Murrieta. The service to help with vendors to get the property ready was great by Jake Tolman but the operation side of the house was a horrific experience. Multiple calls, emails, texts, incorrect funds returned and incorrect contract that took us three weeks to get the lease finalized after tenants were already moved in. The original processing of the tenants, advertising and contract lasted from November through January took at least 30 days to post for advertising which delayed another months rent. The most frustrating part is nobody ever answers the phone on the operation side or you get continued promises that they're working on it with no results. I do not recommend this company. read more

UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! We were told he would be showing house at 4 pm, we drove OVER TWO HOURS in traffic and were almost 15 minutes late and he was not there, when we tried to call him (2 separate times) he REJECTED ALL the calls and refused to answer, I emailed him after we started on the hour plus drive home only to get told the next day via email he left at 4:25 which is clearly a lie because we were standing in the drive way at that time, but my daughter had said when we were there she saw someone inside so who knows maybe he was inside with the door locked denying our calls! Then he tried to tell me we showed up at 4:30 but he said he left before then? He says 4:30 because that's when my email sent, but that email was sent when we were on the road already after our calls continued to be rejected! NO APOLOGY, NO ATTEMPT TO REACH OUT....NOTHING!!!
