While painful at the time, she released and dug into the offending muscles and got a much better range of motion enabling me to avoid pills or relaxants. Her accupressure is different from the typical swedish massage most are used to. It hits a point and she digs in. She is well trained and this is her life study. If you have an injury or lingering movement problem that regular chain massage places dont care about shoot her a text for an appointment.

My work schedule makes it difficult to plan ahead for appointments. Usually get deep tissue, but I think she does trigger point also. My legs are stiff and she will work them out. Sometimes painful and I end up in a sweat, but when I leave my legs feel much better and stiffness gone. She talks a lot about the ligaments and blood flow, blockages, which I confess that I don't understand it all. But what she does works well for me. And I get the feeling she is genuinely concerned. Also she will be very targeted as to what is the problem. Most other places I go to will work that area a bit more, but return to their normal flow or procedure. Highly recommend her if you've had difficulty finding good deep tissue or have specific problem areas.
