Office was clean and quiet, and we were seen within 15 min of our scheduled appointment time. Only negative is that there is no free parking at that location. It's $3.35/hr or portion thereof. I've been having continual ear and sinus problems since I was a kid so my GP, after sending me to…read moreone ENT that wanted to just push antibiotics on me, referred me to Dr. Tsaparas and I am very happy she did. Just to clarify my GP wasn't aware of the antibiotics pushing ENT until I told her and she proceeded with this referral right away. Anyway, back to Dr. Tsaparas. It did take some time to get into see him but it was worth it. He advised me of an issue with one of my ears that no one had ever told me but explains the slight loss of hearing on one side. It's not detrimental but I'm happy to know. He was kind and is working, without antibiotics, to help me in the future. I go for a follow up in the New Year (my choice to wait) as the results weren't clear due to some over the counter and prescription medications I was on, which I'm not on anymore. I explained to her that there must be a misunderstanding on the date because I didn't receive any reminder calls or email. She said that the office called me about a month ago and someone confirmed the appointment. And I explained to her that, as a busy mom, with a sick kid at home, a phone reminder longer than a month ago is not helpful for confirming the appointment. Due to this appointment was referred by my family doctor for the first time and I was never been told about the no show fee, I was hoping that the office could waive the fee this time. Veronica was then really rude and said if you don't like our policy, just tell you family doctor to get you to see another specialist. She doesn't care about what are patient's needs and this is the worst customer service I ever experienced. I will not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Wow, these people have no respect for your time and when you finally get in to your appointment…read morethey barely listen to the issues you are there for. They have an Ear clinic for testing hearing and other ear related issues. They book everybody in at the same time for a pre-appointment hearing test which only takes minutes then you have to wait around for hours to get your turn with the Doctor. Turns out they have everybody come in at the same time so that they don't have to pay the girl who does the hearing tests to actually stay in the office. She will do a large group of patients then you have to wait to see the doctor even though your appointment time was hours before. Every body in the waiting room was very upset and each and every one of us had to go back down to the parking lot to add more time to our meters. I had paid for 2 hours, more than enough to cover my 1 hour appointment but I still had to add another hour! Actual time with the Dr was under 5 minutes!!!!!! No respect for your time. On top of that he did a lousy job with his inspection and my problem was worse after leaving his office. Avoid this place at all costs.

You get 2 appointments in one day. You see the lady doing the hearing testing at a scheduled time and then see Dr Diamond. He does not push surgery, the opposite actually. He wants you take try medical therapies first if needed before jumpign to surgery. You can tell the people who dont go to Drs much or some are just entitled..if he is behind that just means another pateint needs him...we are lucky to have him in BC and hoope we dont lose him

My entire life has been a brow struggle. I could write an essay on that alone. I'm going to be honest. I won't be back for brows. I don't know if they just didn't have a range of tints to choose from, but she chose the darkest brown for my brows and told me to scrub them if they were too dark for me. It's not about even the skin tint, the hair colour is wrong. Yes, they were less bold, but the hairs are still nearly black. At other places, they've used a light brown which of course works better with my generally fair features. Do I have to come back more frequently? Yes, but that's also part of being a natural blonde. The shaping and wax was pretty wrong too. I know it's a challenge. They are blonde and I didn't give you how they normally look... but I was also looking to work with my brow shape thinking the microneedling experience would give you a reasonable idea on how to map them, etc... which is why I grew them out. I will certainly have to grow them back out over the next two months since the top-front of my brow was waxed away to a.. weird point? Having said that - they seem to have a lot of interesting services that I would like to try there - hydrofacial, microneedling... all of that. It was clean, quiet, and she worked dilligently and kindly. Parking is easy. I don't really hold it against the spa... very few people get this one right. It's been a struggle for many years. I'll come back and update my review on other services.
