Unlike other service providers, Lucy went beyond asking my home's square footage and general state of cleanliness. She visited my home (on the same day) to walk the rooms and get a true understanding of the scope of work and my specific desires. Our home was tidy, but our previous (nationally franchised) maid service seemed to be getting less thorough with each session so the deep clean gave us peace of mind and a great reset.
