My last…read moreappointment for rotation and balance, which had typically taken 30 minutes or less with an appointment, took an hour and a half. Also one of my tires was left 5 pounds below pressure. On one of my cars, two of my tire studs had to be replaced because they were stripped out when they put the lug nuts back on. Fortunately I went to the store on university where they were quick to show me the problem and what caused it. Not hand threading the lug nuts far enough to avoid the stripping. Discount Tire has always been a great place to get tires and repairs. But I can no longer recommend Hanes Mall Blvd, and do recommend the university store.
