Henry and Emily walked us through the process of initiating legal action against a luxury car company and a little over a month later the dealer settled out of court. The best thing is consumers don't pay a penny to the lawyers because we are protected under the Federal law titled Magnuson-something. Unlike other lemon law offices, Amar group never takes more money than the consumer; the auto company pays out a total amount that includes lawyer fees. Even if the payout would mean the lawyers should get their minimum fees and the consumer gets less, the Amar group stands by their promise that they won't take their total fee if it means you get less. Fortunately in our case, we settled out of court after Henry and Emily negotiated with the auto company and got double what the initial settlement offer from the company was. I was referred to Henry at ALG by a friend who was represented in a recent lemon law case. I had a brand new truck with issues since day one that the dealer could not fix and later told me it's a known issue that didn't affect the performance of the vehicle and I had no other recourse but to trade in the vehicle, sell it, or keep the car and deal with the issue. Given this, I wasn't sure what my options would be if I attempted the lemon law route. The process turned out to be incredibly easy, and efficient. At 600 miles I started having problems with my luxury SUV. Sometimes losing Navigation and radio at the same time. Climate Control changing temp on its own, and the Hands Free Phone System sometimes not working. I went to every brand dealership in the Phoenix valley area for repairs. I discovered that there are no dealerships that can repair electronic problems if they can't duplicate them in their service department. The car manufacturer would not supply computer boxes to help troubleshoot the issues. Since I had paid cash for the car I was pretty upset! I found out it is very helpful to the law firm and your case, if you go in for service at least four times for each lemon issue, or more, and to do so at the lowest milage, as soon as possible. I searched the internet for a lemon lawyer and talked to three law firms and settled on Amar Law Group after talking to Attorney Michael.
