I ordered a new vehicle from the factory. When I had 25 miles on it, the engine light came on, and it was in the shop for 2 months. When I finally got it back that problem was corrected but it was followed by a series of both serious ad nuisance type problems. It was in the shop every month for almost a year. Some issues were corrected and some were not. After a while the service department started telling me that there were no problems. That's when I decided to take legal action. After this case was settled, I am still having problems. For instance, the air conditioning runs on full cold no matter how high I set the temperate. Henry and Emily walked us through the process of initiating legal action against a luxury car company and a little over a month later the dealer settled out of court. The best thing is consumers don't pay a penny to the lawyers because we are protected under the Federal law titled Magnuson-something. Unlike other lemon law offices, Amar group never takes more money than the consumer; the auto company pays out a total amount that includes lawyer fees. Even if the payout would mean the lawyers should get their minimum fees and the consumer gets less, the Amar group stands by their promise that they won't take their total fee if it means you get less. At 600 miles I started having problems with my luxury SUV. Sometimes losing Navigation and radio at the same time. Climate Control changing temp on its own, and the Hands Free Phone System sometimes not working. I went to every brand dealership in the Phoenix valley area for repairs. I discovered that there are no dealerships that can repair electronic problems if they can't duplicate them in their service department. The car manufacturer would not supply computer boxes to help troubleshoot the issues. Since I had paid cash for the car I was pretty upset!
